Завтрак. Работа сотрудников за стойкой, гараж. Уборка чистая, если приходит!

Cons:

14 июня мы уехали в 10 утра, вернулись в 22.00. Никто в наш номер не заходил, не убирался, мокрые полотенца так и лежали на полу. И это уже второй случай. В марте во время проживания в гостинице тоже так было.

Gentillesse et amabilité du personnel tout d'abord, puis propreté irréprochable ! Situation au bord du Lac idéale...
Restaurant de bonne qualité et petit déjeuner très copieux ! Bravo ! Bâtiment moderne et lumineux. Chambres grandes et bien agencées. Idéal pour les familles, nous reviendrons bientôt !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, neuf et les chambres sont très confortables (literie, etc.). Je suis allé là-bas pour une course et l'hôtel a adapté les horaires de son petit-déjeuner à cet égard, ce qui était merveilleux et très apprécié.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l'hôtel organise des événements (p. ex. mariage) et cela peut créer des nuisances sonores tardivement dans la nuit.

Pros:

The comfort of the rooms and the bed, the decoration, how clean the room was. And mostly: no noise at all!

Excellent location at lake of Zurich, welcoming staff & happy atmosphere
Pros:

Wonderful location with view on the lake, very friendly and service-oriented staff, good breakfast buffet and excellent parking. The entrance hall was very good, too.
