Hat mir gut gefallen, aber nicht mehr.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut.Etwas Sicht auf den See.

Cons:

Ich habe leider ein Zimmer im Parterre bekommen.Und hätte nicht erwartet im Seedamm Plaza einen Fleck auf dem Leintuch und einen Riss i(2,5cm)im Bettlacken zu haben.Extrem viele Leute da( Raiffeisen)Lärmpegel ,starker Geruch vom Essen bis zum Zimmer. Bei einer Person und 250 Franken hätte ich erwartet dass der Parkplatz inklusive ist

Sehr gutes Business-Hotel mit freundlichem Personal am Seedamm.
Pros:

Es war alles, wie man es von einem grossen, gut klassierten Business-Hotel erwartet. Schönes Zimmer, gute Lage, coole Terrasse mit Lounge Möbeln, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Orangensaft (für mich immer ein Qualitätsgarant), gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Die Zeit war zu kurz, um auch noch ins Fitness oder in die Sauna zu gehen, aber die sind bestimmt auch in Ordnung.

Wunderschön und erholsahm
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück! Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Div. Fruchtsäfte Auswahl an Kaffees. Viele Brotsorten einfach nur TOP und Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Am Empfang wurden wir von einer so überfreundlichen Dame bedient, dass es fast unangenehm war. Schade, keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Solides Kongresshotel aber schlechtes Preis-Leistung-Verhätnis
Pros:

Es ist bequem vom Bahnhof und mit dem Auto zu erreichen und gut wenn man für einen Kongress dort ist.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung stimmt für das gebotene nicht.
Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Es gab viele Krümel auf dem Teppich und Hemdnadeln auf dem Boden vom Vorgänger. Insbesondere das Bad war nicht sauber. Flecken auf der WC Brille, viele Haare und Flecken an den Kacheln und der Türe.
Die Bettdecke ist sehr warm und ohne Decke bläst Zuviel Luft trotz ausgeschalteter Klima. Housekeeping kommt einfach nach dem Klopfen direkt rein ohne abzuwarten.
Das Personal im Restaurant könnte aufmerksamer sein und häufiger kommen.

Immer wieder gerne Gast in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant Olea war vorzüglich. Wir hatten das Glück am Plaza BBQ-Buffet teilzunehmen.

I felt like I was ripped off for the price of the room that I received.

I’m a top level three level member with Booking.com. There is no upgrade the room. It was small and pokey and very narrow and felt like a jail cell. Not that I have been in one. The walls were darkly painted creamy colour. The lighting was bad. It felt like Third World country in my room and the air-conditioning was very poor.

Perfect if you have business in Schwyz and Rapperswil. Have all facilities including conferences and good restaurants also. The breakfast has a large assortment. The staff is very helpful and professional.
