Disappointed
Pros:

I have stayed here before this time the staff were cold the breakfast was of a much lower standard.
The balcony was dirty with cigarette stubbs .The condition of the premises needs re painting .I found the stay disappointing.

Cons:

La habitación que me asignaron le faltaba mantenimiento. El colchón estaba hundido de gastado; las cortinas de tela estaban trabadas y no se podían abrir, la ducha era muy pequeña.

Near in padre pio shrine ..breakfast is good and staff are all nice

Our room is not comfortable to sleep as it is too hot, air condition is not working good as it is already in maximum and a moldy toilet

Da ripetere molto rilassante e piacevole
Pros:

Sicuramente è ottima la posizione rispetto a ciò che c’è da visitare.. tanto che abbiamo lasciato la macchina al parcheggio e girato a piedi.. il parcheggio invece è stata l’unica pecca nel seminterrato il primo giorno troppo affollato quindi volendo uscire bisognava far spostare tutti poi nei giorni successivi meno macchine cioè il numero giusto per lo spazio effettivo.. Ma Comunque c’è una rampa molto ripida che non è comodissima! X il resto tutto ok letto comodo colazione buonissima e molto ricca ristorante ottimo personale gentile e disponibile tutto perfetto. Nel complesso ci tornerei volentieri magari la macchina la metterei altrove 😉

Solo il parcheggio è scomodo non solo per la rampa molto ripida, ma per il fatto che se c’è un affollamento come è capitato a noi sei Comunque condizionato nel prendere la macchina.. non è facile come dovrebbe essere!
