Es war ein einfaches Apartment, mit mäßiger Ausstattung.
Der Kühlschrank war defekt.
Position. Well heated
Difficult to clean floor with a broom. A hoover would have been much easier, especially the last clean.
De locatie was prima
Het appartement was niet schoon. De bedden waren slecht. Het dekbedden waren ronduit vies en onder de bloedvlekken. Hier kun je geen mensen onder laten slapen.
Daarnaast was het nog onveilig met losliggende draden uit het stopcontact en een snoer van de magnetron waar de buitenmantel weg was.
Die Lage ist eigentlich toll, nur kein Seeblick wie versprochen, da die Bäume die Sicht verdecken. Aber die Parkanlage ist sehr schön.
Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt.
Das Geschirr und Besteck war sehr fettverklebt.

Posizione, vista, dotazioni della casa (c’è davvero tutto, anche l’ombrello!). Terrazzo wow!
Materasso scomodissimo, si sprofonda. L’appartamento ha bisogno di un bel po’ di manutenzione (maniglie che rimangono in mano, zoccolini che si staccano…). Informazioni poco chiare in fase di prenotazione (se avessi saputo che c’era il letto matrimoniale e non il letto a castello come scritto sul sito, non avrei richiesto il lettino da campeggio, a pagamento).

Entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern wie sie auf Booking dargestellt sind.
Es war schmutzig, hat gemuffelt, das Bad ist verschimmelt und der Putz bröckelt in der Dusche.
Geputzt war es gefühlt nirgends. Auf der Suche nach einem Besen haben wir einen Staubsauger im Wohnzimmerschrank gefunden der schon lange nicht mehr geleert wurde. Einen Besen haben wir leider in der ganzen Wohnung nicht auffinden können. Wir haben Kontakt zur Rezeption aufgenommen und das einzigste Angebot war, dass sie am nächsten Tag eine Putzservice vorbei schicken. Wir sind am gleichen Abend wieder abgereist.
Sauberkeit
Zugesagte Sonnenliegen im Garten wurden nach Anfrage dann doch nicht gebracht

Wohnung sehr klein , Betten Kissen nicht sauber, viel zu klein für 4 pers
Ottima posizione vicino al lago, zona tranquilla e sicura. Di per sé l'appartamento (bilocale) carino, adatto per una coppia di persone. bella anche la zona esterna, la possibilità di affittare le biciclette e parcheggiare in zona.
La pulizia non era assolutamente adeguata: essendo a piano terra, l'ingresso di insetti era all'ordine del giorno (le zanzariere arrivavano ad una spanna da terra...), un problema non solo nostro a giudicare dai segni su muri e tende di zanzare e insetti vari. La cucina molto poco attrezzata (se l'alloggio è per quattro, avere almeno una tazza a testa o una padella adatta a quattro persone sarebbe il minimo). Il secondo posto letto (divano letto) rendeva impossibile muoversi nella cucina, se aperto (con difficoltà anche a muoversi verso la zona del bagno o semplicemente aprire il frigo). Anche i pavimenti, in quanto a pulizia, lasciavano decisamente a desiderare purtroppo (anche l'esterno, sull'ingresso dell'appartamento).
A localização é privilegiada, o atendimento da equipe foi atencioso.
O imóvel é muito mal equipado e esta deteriorado, não oferece conforto algum e haviam insetos por todos os lados.
Foi insuportável passar duas noites de verão entre 09 e 11/08, um calor absurdo, sem poder deixar as janelas abertas.
