A nice overnight stay in the city of Rennes on a Saturday night
Pros:

room was clean and air conditioned which was a real bonus in this June heat of 2026 . Staff frinedly and helpful . Spa was a bit disappointing . Jacuzzi out of action and very tiny pool but it helped only booking 8 people to use it . Unfortu nately we shared with very nopisy families with young children but fair emough it was the weekend . Location great - close to town centre and an excellent restaurant opened 7/7 for lunch and dinner called The Taverna which was useful as the hotel restaurant is only open weekdays . A good stay in general and fair value .

Cons:

Spa needs updating and would have liked Englishbreakfast tea but always take my own to French hotels and it had. a fridge to store our milk .
