離新橋站不算近 但也不到太遠 走路約十多分鐘。房間極小，一人就很緊繃了。但就是便宜，沒其他優點了。櫃檯人員很親切值得稱讚

Perfect for solo travel
Pros:

For the price the room was very comfortable with a lot of free toiletries. Good shower pressure despite being on the 10th floor.

Cons:

A bit tricky to find from Shimbashi station. It is one road back from the main road but was quiet because of that.
