Comfortable and good location
Pros:

Short distance between Shinbashi and Hamamatsuchou stations. Plenty of restaurants and Konbini nearby. The hotel itself I tall and narrow. My room was on the 15th floor and had nice views on the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Nothing really, it was basic and affordable which was what I was after

フロントスタッフは皆さん感じが良かった。
小さいがコンビニが近くにあり便利。

Cons:

予約のみで事前精算しないでチェックインしたら、面倒な作業が必要だった。周りから丸見えのすごく大きなタッチパネルで、氏名、住所、電話番号などの個人情報の入力を強いられるが、入力方法が洗練されておらず、とてもやりにくい。こんなものを使うなら手書きのチェックインシートのほうがよほど良い。高齢者は困るのではないか。予約時に入力してあるはずの情報をすべて入力しなくてはならないのも納得がいかなかった。　フロントでは「事前精算してある人ならばこの手続きは要らない」と言われた。わかっていれば事前に精算したが・・・。　それにしても事前精算がない人にペナルティーのように、面倒かつプライバシーに問題のある作業をされることは今も納得がいかない。再考してほしい。
キャリーバッグを置く台は備え付けられたおらず、フロントに借りに行かなくてはならない。部屋が狭くて床にキャリーバッグを開くと使いにくいので、折りたたみの荷物台は標準で置いてほしい。今回は借りることができたが、数が足りないこともあるとフロントスタッフが言っていた。連泊だったので、荷物台がなかったらとても不便だったと思う。
他は大きな不備はないが、部屋の広さの割には価格は高く感じた。（いま日本ではどこでも急に値上がりしているので、このホテルに限ったことではないが）
