Cons:

El edificio cruje todo el rato con los cambios de temperatura, parece un submarino. La suite tenía una tele en medio de la habitación a 170cm, me golpee 3 veces con ella. Las puertas estaban desencajadas, no cierran. La ducha atascada por la cal. Cristales rajados en las ventanas. No tienen servicio de habitaciones, que para un hotel de 4 estrellas, no es normal que no lo haya.

La noche que me nos quedamos en la cama había algún tipo de ácaro o pulga y me picaron causándome una ronchas y mucha comezón de la fecha de mi estancia a hoy aún sigo con el problema

Beautiful hotel, large room
Pros:

Beautiful room, spacious, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows. The buffet breakfast had many high quality foods at a good value.

Cons:

The check-in experience was a little frustrating because it was difficult to tell where the actual entrance to the hotel is. Arriving by car, there is no driveway or place to park to check-in. We also did not see any signage for the parking garage which would have made it easier. And finally, it would be more convenient if the room had a coffee maker or hot water kettle so that you don't have to go down to the buffet to get a cup of coffee in the morning.
