Pros:

I loved the location—just a few minutes from the sea, restaurants, and supermarkets. The hotel is large and spacious, the rooms are large, and the staff is wonderful and friendly, especially Anastasia!

Cons:

For a four-star hotel, the breakfast is very poor.

Ogólnie polecam, lokalizacja doskonała, blisko na stare miasto i do ładnych plaż. Plaża przy hotelu nie należy do ładnyc

Het avondeten was heel goed. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Bij het diner stonden veel schalen. Er ontbrak voor ons kaartjes bij die schalen met info over het eten op die schalen.

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Lokalizacja i cena na duży plus.
Pros:

Obiekt był czysty. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Ręczniki wymieniane.

Cons:

Trochę mało urozmaicone śniadania. Mało owoców i warzyw, ale to co było było bardzo smaczne. Pokoje słabo wygłuszone. Drzwi nie tłumiły hałasu.

Great location
Pros:

Great location on the outskirts of the city right next to the beech. Staff were very nice and pleasant.

Cons:

A reggelinél a kávé az konkrétan rossz. Porból készül , olaszokhoz képest szégyen.
A reggeli nem változatos , zöldség alig van. Sokkal jobbat vártunk.
A bútorok kicsit retro.
A strandhoz nem jár napernyő ingyen .Mint sok szállodához.A mi szobánkhoz nem volt erkély ,így a strand törölköző stb kiteregetése igen problémás volt.

Pros:

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, w okolicy piękne plażę, spacerkiem 20 min do zabytkowej części miasta. W pobliżu sklepy, apteka i dużo klimatycznych restauracji. Basen dostępny bez ograniczeń, bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Jedyny maly minus to fakt, ze nasz pokój nie miał balkonu a ogólnie dostępny był na drugim końcu hotelu. Większość dostępnych rzeczy podczas sniadan byla na słodko jeśli chodzi o warzywa, sery i wedliny mały wybór.

Buona esperienza nel complesso
Pros:

Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole. Reception sempre cordiale e disponibile, così come il personale del bar e della sala colazioni. Ottima la pulizia delle camere e molto comoda la posizione, in una zona leggermente decentrata ma vicina sia al centro sia alla spiaggia di Maria Pia raggiungibili a piedi.

La colazione è buona ma un po’ ripetitiva nella proposta dolce.

Nel complesso, per servizi e dotazioni, l’hotel mi è sembrato più un buon tre stelle che un quattro stelle.

Cons:

L’unica nota negativa riguarda un episodio durante la colazione. Essendo incinta, ho chiesto se i formaggi serviti fossero prodotti con latte pastorizzato. La cameriera è stata subito disponibile e si è informata in cucina, ma è tornata riferendomi che il coordinatore voleva sapere perché avessi bisogno di questa informazione. Dopo aver spiegato il motivo, mi è stato chiesto nuovamente di ripeterlo al coordinatore prima che venisse effettuata la verifica. Ho trovato poco professionale dover giustificare più volte una semplice richiesta riguardante un alimento, invece di ricevere direttamente l’informazione richiesta.

Breakfast didn’t have that much options.. almost same everyday and every second day jar of Nutella was empty.. location is a bit farer 20/30min till city center by walk
