Soggiorno esclusivo e rilassante
Pros:

Colazione a buffet con dolce e salato, possibilità di fare toast caldi, pane fresco, delizie dolci e salate, frutta fresca, dolci molto buoni, veramente impeccabile. La struttura è esclusiva e di lusso, si avverte con forza la cura per i dettagli e verso gli ospiti che sono coccolati ed accolti sempre bene. La piscina è veramente esclusiva, mentre si fa il bagno si può "assaporare" con gli occhi un paesaggio mozzafiato fino a vedere il lago Trasimeno, con un prato verde intenso che fa bene agli occhi e allo spirito. Attaccata alla piscina c'è una piccola Spa con vasca idromassaggio accessibile con lettini rilassanti, tisane e bollitore fruibili, molto bella ed esclusiva. Visto che era disponibile, ci hanno fornito una camera più grande di quella che avevamo prenotato e questo ci ha fatto molto piacere e ci ha sorpreso in positivo.

Pros:

Struttura davvero bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, con arredi di grande qualità: per chi ama questo stile è quasi un piccolo museo. Giardino impeccabile, piscina e SPA con idromassaggio sono un grande plus. Camere ampie e funzionali, anche se nella nostra alcune prese non funzionavano. Parcheggio comodo, pace assoluta e personale sempre gentilissimo. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo del pernottamento e della colazione, considerando tutti i servizi a disposizione.
Nel complesso siamo stati davvero molto bene: un posto splendido dove rilassarsi e staccare completamente. Spero sicuramente di poterci tornare!

Cons:

Se dovessi suggerire qualcosa, migliorerei un po’ la ristorazione: la proposta è più orientata all’aperitivo che al ristorante e, pur essendo tutto buono, per soggiorni di più giorni la scelta è un po’ limitata. Avvisando in anticipo riescono comunque a organizzarsi con il cuoco e preparare anche qualche primo. Rivedrei leggermente anche i prezzi: quasi 50 € per una Caesar salad, una pinsa, acqua e un calice di vino mi sono sembrati un po’ alti rispetto al tipo di proposta.
Come piccolo suggerimento, sarebbe comoda la colazione dalle 7:00 alle 10:00 e il check-out alle 11:00.

Great hotel for Tuscany stay
Pros:

Great countryside hotel, typical Tuscan (although physically in Umbria just a couple of hundred meters across from provincial border). We were upgraded to bigger room (suite) - morning view from the window was unforgettable. Staff organized dinner by the pool, pleasant atmosphere and attitude of the staff. Pool was useful after hot day in Pienza.

Cons:

Very minor misunderstanding over coffee at breakfast. Everything else was perfect.
