Whenever I come to London for work, I usually stay at Leigh House Hotel. From my personal experience, even though it is a small hotel, it is very nice, clean, and well organized. What I like most is that everything is modern and fully automated. Although there is no reception, I have never faced any inconvenience.
Provided with a smart key, which allows me to check in whenever it is convenient for me and go in and out freely without any problems. During check-out, I simply leave the key in the designated box, which makes the whole process very easy and hassle-free.
Overall, I find Leigh House to be a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I really like it, and whenever I come to London in the future, I will definitely choose to stay at Leigh House again.

When I booked the room, Booking score was not that great but this was a very well located and good choice.
Numerous restaurants next to the hotel give a right amount of choices for dinning.
A small fixes in the bathroom such as a mold or moving elements could be easily fixed and would improve overall experience.
What I liked most about the property was the excellent location, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily return.

The photos on Booking.com did not look anything like our two rooms, which were cramped and shabby, and had walls in need of fresh paint. The rooms were hot and without A/C, and the window in one room was too small to let any air in, and the TV in that room did not work either. The showers were tiny and too small to move comfortably in during washing. The staff were unaccommodating and seemed to speak little English.
