The room was dusty. The bed was uncomfortable, and there were no grab rails in the shower. There is no anti slip bath mat on the tiled floor. Could not open the window. There is only one cup for tea or coffee. No staff on reception to ask. Very noisy

More an overflow than a hotel
Pros:

The room was clean and had ample space.

Cons:

Initially unable to gain access. Said to press bell but there was no bell. After 5 mins wondering if I'd been scammed the staff member came over, saying it was on charge.
Was pleasant and apologetic, but I had been stressed.
Did not appreciate the knock on door before 9.30 asking if I was checking out. I was all packed and about to set off for my train, but it was not nice to feel rushed/pushed.
Building felt a bit shabby - more an overflow, than a hotel. Not staffed, only contact is with hotel across street, therefore didn't feel overly secure/safe.

Clean , bathroom was good shower was great , bed was comfy

Cons:

Tv too small , no fridge although I did only order single room n tbh I wasn’t there much only in evening as was out all day enjoying it

A great short stay
Pros:

Excellent location close to public transport, pubs and restaurants. A lovely area too. We arrived early in the day but were allowed access to our room 5hrs before check in at no extra cost. We were so grateful after a long trip from Australia.

Cons:

The room was a little small but it reflected the price.

Very clean, comfortable and a good location
Pros:

The location was spot on, the hotel was clean comfortable. The staff really nice and helpful , although they were not in the property they knew if you were in reception and came straight over and a ring doorbell on the outside was answered immediately

Cons:

It was just the stairs. We were on the third floor but no lifts and it was hard so we just stayed out all day and came back at night for bed. The others in the party were ok with it, it was just me

Bad sehr abgenützt, tlw nicht ganz sauber
Reiningung der Räume nur auf Anfrage, aber selbst da nur Austauschen der Handtücher & Leeren der Mistkübel (kein Putzen)

War früher schon mal in dem Hotel, da wurde es noch eigenständig betrieben & war daher gepflegter. Jetzt ist es wie ein Air BnB mit wenig Platz und ohne Küche.

Room was really dirty , mouldy walls , stained bedding , broken bed, worst of all was waking up with really bad itching and bites, I reported it to the manager and spoken to my bank, really needs a upgrade.

Mir hat auch gefallen, wie ruhig es in den Fluren und Gemeinschaftsräumen war. Manchmal trüben Geräusche von außerhalb des Zimmers das Erlebnis, aber hier war das nicht der Fall.
