The location is very convenient and within walking distance of the main shopping streets, train station, making it easy to explore the area.
There was no housekeeping or room cleaning during our 4-night stay, even though we requested it at check-in and reminded the housekeeping staff responsible for our floor when we met them in the morning.
The room and floor became quite dusty over the course of our stay. Eventually, I could not tolerate it anymore and had to clean (using the wet wipe tissue) the room myself.
The kettle provided in the room was also dirty, and we had to request a replacement. Overall, this was disappointing and not the level of cleanliness and service I expected.
Accessibility very close to the Center, very good breakfast with loads of options and very spacious lobby with places where we could comfortably work if needed

Bagageförvaringen tills man skulle få checka in på rummet var under all kritik; det fanns ingen koll överhuvudtaget på vilka personer som gick in och ut ifrån bagagerummet. Dörren stod öppen långa perioder och det fanns ingen kontroll över vilka som kom in och gick ut och med vilka/vems väskor. Alla väskor var omärkta och det stod cyklar m m därinne. Om någon icke hotellgäst satt i lobbyn, så var det bara att hänga på vem som helst och plocka med sig vilken väska som helst och helt ostört gå därifrån med någon annans bagage.

Nagyon jó helyen van. Az Arlanda reptérről az Arlanda expresszel nagyon gyorsan beértünk, a szállás pedig nagyon közel van a Central Station-höz.
Szép tiszta szoba, fürdőszoba. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet.
