Pros:

Das unkomplizierte Checkin

Cons:

Wir hat diverse Ameisen im Zimmer und zwei Hauswinkelspinne die am Abend neben dem Bett aufgetaucht sind. Es war etwas unangenehm da sie doch recht gross waren

Belle situation proche de Côme, propre et disposant d’un parking privé, mais petit déjeuner décevant pour le prix.

Surclassement en suite junior, gentilesse de l'accueil, parking assez grand.

Cons:

Isolation inexistante (on entend le restaurant en dessous et l'ensemble des chambres voisines), petit dejeuner simpliste, douche assez ancienne et exigue, le lit avec les ressorts que l'on sent à travers le matelas.

Pros:

Wir fanden die 24h Besetzung der Rezeption super, da wir nicht genau wussten wann wir anreisen. Auch bei unserer Abreise um 3 Uhr nachts war es hilfreich.
Schön fanden wir, das wir nach unserer Ankunft im Restaurant noch etwas essen könnten und nicht nochmal weg mussten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig ( Toilettenspülung, Gespräche, Dusche), was in unserem Fall nicht so gut war, da wir mitten in der Nacht weiterreisen wollten und durch den Lärm nicht gut schlafen konnten.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Soggiorno di una sola notte in una camera accogliente, una singola ma con letto 1 piazza e mezza comodissimo. Colazione ricca e ottima. 
Ho apprezzato molto che invece della solita macchinetta self service per caffè o cappuccino, le bevande calde fossero preparate al bar e portate al tavolo da personale cortese e sorridente. 

Cons:

Meglio sostituire le mattonelle rotte in bagno, mi sembra ristrutturato anche da poco del resto, strano.

Il personale gentile e cortese, camera discreta ma si era per lavoro quindi poche pretese,pizza buona

Pulizia del bagno che lascia molto a desiderare, water sporco,capelli lunghi per terra,pareti ed accessori doccia non puliti,frigo bar solamente 2 bottigliette di acqua....
Per il costo e per essere un 4 stelle mi avrei aspettato qualcosina di piu
