Hotel favoloso, in pieno centro e vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni. Colazione ottima e varia, personale gentile. Camera spaziosa e su ogni piano è presente un distributore di acqua.
Divano letto un pò scomodo, sarebbe meglio un letto singolo nella camera tripla.

Le déjeuner était copieux, pleins de produits différents et bons.
La chambre spacieuses, confortable et propre.
L'emplacement au top tout peut se faire à pied facilement.
Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et à l'écoute.
Des distributeurs gratuits d'eau plate et d'eau pétillante sont à disposition à chaque étage ainsi qu'un distributeur de café à l'accueil.
Il est possible de laisser ses affaires gratuitement après avoir rendu sa chambre.
Nous avions la vue sur la cour intérieure, dommage que celle-ci ne soit pas mise en valeur.
La climatisation n'est pas optimale. Nous avons du la mettre très bas pour qu'elle fonctionne vraiment.
Struttura molto bella situata proprio accanto alla stazione di Torino Porta Nuova e a due passi dal centro. Hall elegante, bella sala colazione, c'è anche un terrazzino bar all'aperto. Inoltre c'è una piacevole ed elegante zona salotto accanto alla hall in cui accomodarsi su poltrone. Colazione ottima e ricca di cose.
La camera (singola) era molto molto semplice, ventilatore, quindi niente aria condizionata, però almeno c'era il balconcino.
