La habitación era muy pequeña, se escuchaba el ruido de las habitaciones colindantes y de afuera. Cambiaron el desayuno bufete y ahora hay que escoger entre ciertas opciones. Para hacer uso de la tinaja caliente hay que pedir hora, pero cuando uno hace el ingreso no lo comentan y no hay personal en las instalaciones de la piscina para anotarse (antes era de uso liberado) y cuando logramos usarla el agua estaba sucia, una lata.

El cobro extra por llevar desayuno a la habitacion que no se menciona en la recepcion
El hervidor electrico derramaba agua por debajo al servir.
Las instalaciones son antiguas y necesitan una restauracion, como pintura y otros retoques
Location to wineries. The friendly welcome of the staff and the staff helped us book wine tours. Big shout out to wonderful Flo the owners daughter and Ricardo the barman.

Fantastic host running her parents amazing hotel. In its hay day, this hotel would have been spectacular. The rooms are a little dated, and do need modernisation. Lovely large dining area. Great location for vineyards. Really helpful staff.
Host is aware, it needs some investment. Dont let this stop you visiting, because its good value for money. Nothing near the hiotel, which we knew about. Short taxi into town.

The big room with two big beds
The place is quite run down and needs renovation. The jacuzzi in the spa was not working and there was no service, towels or anything in the spa area. The breakfast options were poor and very limited. We had to argue to get both fruits and cake!
Piscina temperada, sauna y jacuzzi espectacular. Desayuno muy bueno y la cena espectacular.
Habitacion Suit, muy alto el precio por tamaño y ambiente, ademas nunca encendieron la estufa a leña, y la estufa empotrada no cubre las dimensiones de la habitacion. Muy mal ahi, por que pedi 2 veces que la fueran a encender la estufa a leña y nunca fueron. Sentimos mucho frio en la noche
Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll gebaut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet.
Die mediterrane Architektur wurde mit verschiedenen Holzarten und Schmiede eisernen Konstrukten phänomenal verbunden.
Die Kaminecke lud abends zum Ausruhen mit ausgesuchten chilenischen Weinen ein.
Das Personal war sehr professionell, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es hat uns die Wünsche proaktiv von den Lippen abgelesen.
Den Spa-Berich haben wir sehr genossen und ausgiebig genutzt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt daher noch um eine weitere Nacht verlängert.
Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Wohlfühl-Hotel.

É um hotel extremamente antigo , comunicação ruim , não se vê funcionários , parece um local abandonado. Tudo muito velho . Precisa de algumas transformações .
La habitación super comoda al igual que las camas. Ducha muy buena también. El desayuno super rico
Esta muy abandonada. Fuimos mas que nada por la pileta climatizada y estaba bastante fria por ser invierno. Los precios del restaurante un poco caro.
Es una zona despoblada donde no se puede hacer nada cerca, solo quedarse en el hotel.

Easy access. The place itself is very welcoming and the staff super friendly.
I liked everything, mostly because i guess there aren’t many guests in winter, but it was super quiet. For probably 2 hours we were the only ones in the pool, we only saw a staff member passing by once, so also very private.
Nos quedamos en la suite que cuenta con una bosca ademas de la calefacción central, asique estaba a temperatura perfecta para el invierno. El jacuzzi funcionaba perfecto y la habitación es muy amplia. El desayuno es a la carta, muy rico. Todo muy limpio, muy cómodo y el personal muy agradable. Cuentan con WiFi con buena cobertura.
La piscina temperada en invierno se siente un poco fría.
