Krađa novca mome sinu iz kuverte sa stola (interesantno sef u sobi 1007 nije radio) koju je pripremio za presađivanje kose i koju je tek primjetio kad je trebalo platiti prije operacije. SRAMOTA!!! Na recepciji su po prijavi mrtvo-hladno rekli da on to prijavi Policiji i da im je žao ali da na katu i u sobama ne postoje nadzorne kamere!!!

Ładny i przestronny pokój, bardzo dobre śniadania, personel bardzo pomocny i miły
Mimo, że sam hotel jest bardzo dobry, znacznie traci na swojej lokalizacji z dala od centrum.

Cons:

Położenie hotelu nie jest dobre jeśli chce się być blisko tętniącego życiem centrum, zwłaszcza w niedzielę, kiedy w okolicy hotelu zupełnie nic się nie dzieje. Żeby dojechać do Baszczarsziji trzeba pojechać tramwajem lub taksówką, na piechotę zbyt daleko.

The staff were very helpful, Mr.Merza was helpful polite and cooperative.

Cons:

I didn’t like the Air-condition was very bad and hot, we kept telling them its hot the temperature was 24to 22c which was hot
