Lage und Personal toll, jedoch waren besondere Gästeregeln und Spa-Einschränkungen vorab nicht klar.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die sehr gute Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr stark auf muslimische Bedürfnisse ausgerichtet. Das ist grundsätzlich völlig in Ordnung, sollte meiner Meinung nach aber in der Hotelbeschreibung klarer ersichtlich sein, da es für viele Gäste ein wichtiger Entscheidungsfaktor bei der Buchung sein kann.

Für uns war außerdem wichtig, dass das Hotel über einen Wellnessbereich verfügt. Dieser war zwar vorhanden, jedoch war der Pool an unserem ersten Tag außer Betrieb. Zudem war an der Theke kein Personal verfügbar, um zum Beispiel eine Massage zu buchen.

Zusätzlich war laut Beschilderung der Spa-Bereich für Damen nur zwischen 12:00 und 14:00 Uhr nutzbar. Gerade für Frauen, die mehr Freiheiten gewohnt sind, ist diese Information sehr wichtig und sollte ebenfalls vor der Buchung klar kommuniziert werden.

Auch unser Badezimmer war leider nicht besonders sauber.
