I will come back.
Pros:

Third time here and I will definitely come back. Staff is great and very friendly. Breakfast is simply perfect. Rooms are very nice and clean.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast!
Pros:

World class hotel, as expected, huge room, well equipped. All the luxuries and amenities. Breakfast was great, the egg station guy is very chatty and compliments you. Nearby the tram so just hop on and off you go to the old town, Shopping centers, nearby markets and more. Ideal location if you want to stay within the main city. However, without the tram you will have to walk at least 2 kms to reach the shopping malls, but still its good.

Cons:

The cleaning service, I had big brown spiders in my washroom which i had to hit and kill. Not welcome when you want to take a shower and they are there. Secondly after the second day room cleanup the dead ones still there so it means bathroom service was not up to mark, the bathroom amenities were not refilled so i think that needs to be looked at. Rest all was good no complaints.

Cons:

Wir waren zuvor schön öfters im Bristol und immer zufrieden- nach dem Namenswechsel ist die Qualität leider schlechter geworden.
Bei Bristol waren die Zimmerbenennungen anders- wir hatten immer Superior…dieses Mal hatten wir so kleine Zimmer bei denen auf einer Bettseite weder Steckdose noch Nachttisch waren(schlecht wenn beide Personen Brille tragen).
Des Weiteren waren die Zimmer nicht so sauber, wie wir uns das vorstellen: Am Waschbecken waren Haare, der WC-Deckel war verschmutzt, Griffe des Schranks waren schmutzig.
Sonntags wird das Frühstück bis 11:00 Uhr angeboten. Wir waren um 10:00 Uhr im Frühstücksbereich und leider war der Mann, der frische Eier zubereitet bis 10:30 Uhr mit irgendetwas anderem beschäftigt, teilweise wurden die Gefäße nicht aufgefüllt, das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig. Auswahl war okay.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel seinen Preis NICHT wert.

It was ABSOLUYLY MOTHING special, it is a sold 3 stars hotel, smelly rooms, breakfast area- terrible and the staff very bored…they felt bothered when I asked them questions

Had a enjoyable time seeing new things around the city
Pros:

Stayed in Sarajevo for a short stay stayed for four nights had a really nice time staying at the hotel had friendly staff who told you the information which you needed to know had a tram across the road which is affordable costing around 10 Bosnian mark which gets you into the city centre quickly also had a really nice breakfast which ran from 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM and also has a good gym and swimming facilities and had a really nice restaurant which you can use in the hotel as well

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr positiv überrascht und all unsere Erwartungen lückenlos erfüllt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – alle waren unglaublich hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und super freundlich.
Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Sarajevo werden wir dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns – wir können das Hotel wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen!
