Pros:

В целом всё ок, сауна -- это приятно. Вид из окна красивый.

Cons:

Из-за высокой цены ожидания были тоже высокими.
Ленивая уборка. Просто скидывали подушки, меняли воду, закидывали одеяло. Не принципиально важно, но содавало ощущение пренебрежения, типа и так сойдёт. Постельное сначала чересчур сильно пахло кондиционером.
Хаммам почти не грел, там был запах плесени, а через два дня его и вовсе закрыли. За бассейном сильно никто не следил, там какое-то время была открыта дверь в подсобку из которой всё помещение спа пропахло старыми морозильными камерами. Я потом прошёл и сам закрыл эту дверь. Стенки в бассейне -- это не настоящая плитка, а просто плёнка с рисунком плитки и она поползла. Не то, что ожидаешь от гостиницы такого уровня.
Завтрак надоедает за два дня. Разнообразия минимум, но в целом приемлемо.
Расположение такое что можно вроде и пешком дойти до чего-то интересного, но нужно ведь ещё оставить силы на прогулки -- поэтому придётся кататься на трамвае.

Pros:

Usluga je uzasna, osoba koja je radila u sanku, kao i konobari u restoranu su toliko neljubazni da to nisam dozivio.
Svi stolovi u restoranu su bili prljavi i puno sudja. Kada sam zensku osobu koja je radila u sanku pitao da li moze da se vecera, bila je drska i otjerala me.

A luxurious holidays with ambience
Pros:

The hotel upgraded me on the 12th floor with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the city and everything ✨️ 😍 Even if you are sitting on the toilet, you will experience a beautiful panoramic view ❤️

The accommodation was decent, although my expectations were higher.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable with large bed. Staff was very nice and ready to meet guest's requests.

Cons:

The trash from previous guests had not been thrown away. There was barely any room in the breakfast room as the tables had not been cleared from previous guests, the pastries were not fresh, although the breakfast food selection was varied.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel na dłuższy lub krótszy pobyt :)
Pros:

Duży pokój z ogromną łazienką i fajnym widokiem na ośnieżone szczyty okolicznych gór :) Bardzo czysto, smaczne śniadania, bardzo dobry standard basenu oraz saun, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny :)

Cons:

Hotel delikatnie nadszarpnięty "zębem czasu" - wydaje się, że może potrzebować odnowienia, lokalizacja dobra, ale kawałek od ścisłego centrum Sarajewa. Powyższe wpływa na stosunek jakości do ceny, który w mojej ocenie jest bardzo satysfakcjonujący także ogólna moja ocena jest bardzo dobra.
