Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. We loved everything about it. The entire stuff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and aestically pleasing.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the hotel did not have a microwave in the room. There were no plates or cutlery available for us, not even glasses for us to pour drinks in. The TV remote was not working. Please try and find a better working system for the people who want to iron their clothes, we waited a good 30 minutes for the iron and ironing board to be brought into our room. What if I had a meeting to attend, would I not be late?

Exceptional service by professional staff
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff. Close to all amenities and caters for events as we needed a conference room for our meetings. Great service especially with Ziphi who runs events department.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The disabled room does not have a place to put ones toiletry bag and toiletries in the bathroom and I had to boil a kettle to get hot water for the basin. Everything else was fine

Loved the room and the shower

Cons:

Unfortunately the bedroom was very close to yhe bar area, matric farewell party got a bit loud. The paddle court is great but not of your room is next to it and they start playing at 06h45.

Very convenient and omfortable.
Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The shower was very hot, perfect for winter. The location was very accessible with the mall a pleasant walk to the nearest entrance, restaurant or gym.
