everything was fine except the parking issue
Cons:

it crazy that when you get to the receptionist you have to pay for parking!!!!!!!!! this is the only hotel that charge for parking and you get told when you arrive at the receptionist - i find this frustrating then it should included when booking .

Very disappointed!

Terrible room. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the condition of the room. The shower was flooding the entire room and everytime we had taken a shower we had to use all of the towels to soak up the water that flooded into the entire bathroom and toilet. On the first night I was unaware of this and the shower flooded the toilet and I slipped and fell. Unfortunately when the maintenance came to fix the silicone in the shower I was not informed that anyone would be coming and neither did the employee know I was in the room and the guy just walked in whilst we was still in the room(it was not his fault) but either should have been INFORMED, I had asked for 10 mins so we could get dressed and leave the room and Unfortunately nobody came back to fix the shower!!! I am actually really disappointed with this service as I always book into aha gateway hotel and this time it was just bad! So was the toilet really disgusting as there is full green fungus around the rim of the toilet. I am absolutely disappointed and so disgusted by the lack of concern and cleanliness of the facility!( sheets also had stains on them)!!!!
