Cons:

Very long walk from front to room and had to go down 3 stories to pool so lots walking. Pool drinks bit expensive

The majority of my stay was great, & would stay here again
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Freshly cooked eggs & omelettes were yum.
Pool settings were lovely.
Location was great for us.
Staff were excellent and friendly

Cons:

They only give one room key per room, even if you request a 2nd key. Which was a little inconvenient, so we had to work around that.

I definitely do not recommend getting hair spa treatment at the hotel! I booked a 45min hair treatment & was there 2hours! as they badly matted up my hair! I don't know what they used, but it was a disaster! They cut hunks of my hair to get the matted area out, without telling me, while they were putting more conditioner on over the basin! My hair is extremely damaged from what they did!

Pros:

房间很大也很干净，工作人员友好，位置也很合适

Cons:

泳池酒吧会在10点左右停掉音乐，这很正常，但是如果需要早睡就会有点吵，建议提供耳塞。

Cons:

When we arrived we couldn't get into our booked room, althou we were given another one until the next day. But then we found out the room we were supposed to have was occupied that night.
Someone urinating in the water drink fountain.
There were bare electrical wires near the pool.
Drunken behaviour from other guests.
Screaming by a women in the middle of the night for about an hour and ban

Great Hotel in the heart of Kuta!
Pros:

Rooms are modern and clean, all room face the swimming pools and the location is a short stroll to the beach.

Cons:

Can get quite noisy through the day with people in the swimming pool. Smack bang in the heart of Kuta. Nothing wrong with the place, just not use to this area of Bali.
