L’une des chambres qui nous a été attribuée avait une odeur de cigarette froide.
Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont bruyantes.
Reception staff, Wanda, was wonderful, couldn't have been more helpful. Enjoyed the courtyard, and the location was just opposite two restaurants.

Le voisin a 3:40 qui écoute la TV à fond, les traces de moisissures et d’humidité sur le plafond et le mur de ma chambre (113), la salle de bains qui a du être rénovée la dernière fois en 1983. Bref, pour un « grand hôtel » il n’avait de grand que le nom
Ce n'était pas propre, il y avait des papiers et autres choses par terre

Very strange place being partly modernised but unfinished with old parts still on show.
The newly modernised spacious bathroom had a walk in shower.
The large double bed was comfortable.
The breakfast provided had some lovely freshly baked bread but needed more variety and was not good value for money.
Unfinished parts of building. Strange location with many old empty buildings and exterior building work next to the hotel which started with diggers at 7 a.m.
Long wait at reception for our check in followed by receptionist having a long argument with a guest who was leaving.
The lift was tiny.
