Ravi from HK has excellent knowledge about Jaipur and provides truly outstanding hospitality. We met him outside the hotel as well, and he was always warm, friendly, and great to talk with. Sharing his experiences and stories from around the world was fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had an excellent stay with Marriott. I had booked a hotel room through http://Booking.com for the 5th–6th. Later, I changed the dates to the 6th–7th. But when I reached Jaipur Marriott Hotel on the morning of May 6th, I found out that I had no booking there.
I called http://Booking.com’s customer care center. The customer representative told me that my booking did not exist at the hotel and just apologized. I also received an email from http://Booking.com with an apology. So please refund my booking amount.

When we arrived at the hotel at 14:30hrs the hotel was quite busy and Kumkum helped us in check in. Our room was ready on arrival and she was very polite and professional during our check in process, briefed us about the entire hotel and facilities
When we enter into the room i saw the room attendant Subham has left us a note which truly defines the commitment level.

Recently went to Jaipur Marriott Hotel, I was celebrating my 7th wedding anniversary. Guest relations Team has done fantastic job... Gave me an upgrade room and did a great decoration, great surprise from Guest relation team . I want to extend my heartfelt thank you to Ms. Aakriti Sharma, Ms. Kumkum, Ms. Riya and Ms . Helly Patel.
Desk Gentlemen Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Abhijeet Dubey were welcoming had a nice chit chat with them ... However there was weird guy at the concierge wearing black coat he doesn't have Beard and soft voice...most unwelcoming when I asked him about the city he kept working on the desk and directed me to and another associate who was really helpful... being a hotel worker he should learn how to interact with the guest and how to make them feel welcome... I would give him minus marks of there was any marking system in feedback. L&D maneger kindly give him a hardcore training.
Beside this breakfast was great. My daughters really liked it ... Restaurant staff were so nice and welcoming... specially the hostess Rakhee (Sorry if I got that name wrong) she was at the front desk when we checked in, and the girl with the glasses while we were having breakfast right in front of live Dhosa counter ( I apologise I forgot her name ) my baby girl really liked her. She has done a great job ....
