Pros:

There are many people who deserve appreciation, but I would especially like to mention Mr. Alam, Mr. Varma, and Mr. Gautam. Their dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality made every meal a memorable experience. The cuisine was exceptional, with outstanding taste, quality, and presentation. A heartfelt thank you to the chefs and the entire staff for consistently delivering such excellent service and making our stay truly enjoyable.

オーバーブッキングを平気で行っているホテルです。

今回、良い点はありません。最悪でした。

Cons:

booking.comから1泊予約をしていました。当日になってホテルから何度も電話があり、おかしな様子だったので予定を変更して急いでホテルに向かいました。
朝イチでホテルに荷物を預けていたにも関わらず、受付で「部屋が用意できない」と言われ、理由を尋ねると「水道管の不具合」だと。しかし後からやってきたインド人夫婦の数組は、普通にチェックインし部屋を案内されていました。
ホテル側の不備で部屋が用意できないなら、他の同グレードのホテルで部屋を用意して欲しい旨を伝えても、NOの一点張り。別で同日1泊を予約していた日本人客も同じ目に遭っていましたので、明らかにオーバーブッキング、日本人を狙ったものだと思われます。
こちら日本名ですが中身はインド人です。絶対に折れたくなかったので1時間以上マネージャーや主要人物と交渉を続けた結果、同グレードの別ホテルにて部屋を手配してもらえました。
しかしながらそのせいで私たちのスケジュールは大きく狂い、出張に支障が出ました。信頼して通っていましたが、もう2度と訪れることはないでしょう。もちろん、私たちのバイヤーにもこのホテルを勧めることは2度とありません。
空港が近く綺麗なので、日本の方も多く通われているホテルだと思いますが、インド人とやり合う覚悟がなければ別のホテルにされることを強くおすすめ致します。

Anilji is really good at concierge with all other staff. Akriti is great at her job. It is like a family away from home.

Excellent service given by Manoj Jha
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Jaipur Marriott! The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.

A special mention to Manoj Jha from the housekeeping team for his outstanding service. He was attentive, professional, and ensured the room was always spotless, making our stay even more comfortable.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food. The location is convenient for exploring Jaipur while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience with warm hospitality. I highly recommend Jaipur Marriott and would definitely love to stay here again.

תחזוקה בחדר היתה ירודה, במקלחת כל המים עולים, החדר כושר במלון לא ברמה של מלון 5 כוכבים, די מוזנח , הבריכה לא מזמינה, מבחינת קהל מרגיש מלון עממי, הרבה קבוצות של גברים.

Exceptional Hospitality at Jaipur Marriott !
Pros:

So our stay at Jaipur Marriott was honestly really memorable, mainly because of the exceptional hospitality and those little, thoughtful gestures from the whole team. It felt personal, like they actually noticed the vibe of what we were there for, and yeah it made a difference.

We walked into the room and we could not help it—there was this special surprise waiting for us. The place was decorated so beautifully with elegant towel art, balloons, rose petals, and a heartfelt congratulatory setup. It was warm, kind , and just incredibly thoughtful… and somehow it made our celebration feel even more special than we expected.

Also, a huge thank you to Rohit, Pradeep, and Manoj from the Housekeeping team for putting together such a lovely room and for paying attention to every little detail. Your efforts made us feel genuinely welcome, and honestly valued, like we were not just guests but properly cared for.

We’d also like to share our sincere appreciation with the Reservations and Sales team for the smooth coordination and for making sure everything was arranged just right before we arrived. Their professionalism, and their quick responses really elevated the overall experience.

From the friendly hospitality to the spotless service and the careful attention to detail, every part of our stay surpassed our expectations. Thank you to the entire Jaipur Marriott team for making our visit so special. We’re definitely looking forward to staying with you again, and we will recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Jaipur.
