A family of 11 stayed at hotel and we were very happy with how the staff looked after us and answered our questions

Pros:

Great location, lovely staff and beautiful rooms right in the heard of old quarter but the rooms are still quite. Lovely roof top bar and pool with great views of the Hanoi

Great location in the old quarter close to everything well maintained clean and nice interior which provided a buffer to the business of hanoi

Pros:

Reception staff were excellent and welcoming. Great location in old quarter. Breakfast buffet and the rooftop restaurant were also quality. Room was fabulous and clean with good AC.

Pros:

Aardig personeel, goede kamer en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Er zitten karpers in een klein bakje water naast de gym op -1, zo klein en totaal geen groen. Dat is eigenlijk dierenmishandeling. Het was beter geweest als er geen vissen in hadden gezeten. Verder zijn de kamers aan voorkant hotel zeer gehorig. We wisten niet van tevoren welke kamer we kregen, en achteraf viel het lawaai s nachts erg tegen. Wel een gratis upgrade, dat was heel aardig.
