Fabulous pub with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The token for a free drink at the bar was a nice surprise. Thought the breakfast was very good quality.

En gammal pub som har renoverats till ett trivsamt och charmigt värdshus. God mat, mycket gott att välja till frukost, jätteskön säng och dusch.

The Location, the beds were comfortable
The room. We booked a delux room which wasn’t what I would call delux.. Appreciate that with the age of the building rooms would be small but the wash basin was in the room and shower and toilet was in not much more than cupboard. We did change the room which was smaller but a decent size en suite although the only light was at ground d level which came on as you walked in but stayed on for only so long. There was no other light in the bathroom so couldn’t see to use bathroom mirror after dark. Breakfast was poor no cereal or offered any toast with or after.

Our room was pretty but very small, the restaurant dinner was overpriced for the quality offered
Engels ontbijt maar dan de gezonde versie vriendelijke bediening. Eten was goed klaargemaakt en beter dan het standaard pubfood wat overal te krijg is. Locatie is fantastisch. Omdat het pub is kan het in de avond rumoerig zijn.

The room was clean with great tea, coffee and bottled water facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.
The room was very small for advertising as a luxury room. There were hardly any spaces to move around or put our stuff down except on the bed No lift to go up the stairs except a very steep staircase or a fire exit at the back of the pub/hotel. Not suitable for people with knee/leg or other disabilities to stay at this place.
A lot of unique character, very comfortable room and friendly helpful staff in a beautiful location.
