Pros:

L'hôtel est très chic avec l'alliance du charme de l'ancien et la modernité
la vue du restaurant est superbe
l'ensemble a beaucoup de classe , les jardins sont magnifiques
le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire
la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Notre chambre n'etait pas très bien agencée et d'une modernité pas très chaleureuse
difficultés pour régler la climatisation ( trop froide)
un petit manque de générosité lors du service a table le soir (management )

We cannot wait to visit again.
Pros:

We booked Lifo Palace for our 20th wedding anniversary and I’m so glad we chose this hotel, it is absolutely incredible. It’s in a prime location in Riva del Garda with the terrace overlooking the lake. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We took full advantage of the spa and swimming pool area. The terrace room has a hot tub and sunbeds and was simply beautiful, especially first thing in the morning looking out over the lake.

Breakfast was lovely and we had a meal at the restaurant on our last night and the food was amazing. Every night we ended up on the terrace having a drink.

What makes this hotel extra special is the staff, each and every one of them goes out of their way to make sure you are having the best stay.

a good way to end a Grand Touring day
Pros:

A last minute call after an enthusiastic drive around the lake turned out to be a good choice. The hotel is very well placed in its own green oasis, in Riva del Garda, by the lake. A designish restomod. Welcoming and hospitable people at the reception desk and at breakfast service, too. The heated garden pool overlooking the mountain feels very much like in the middle of nature. The restaurant's terrace sits slightly above the lake and so it feeds the eye with a beautiful view. I appreciate the stealthiness of the staff attending and cleaning the room. Acqua di Parma toiletries are a fine touch. A plus was the complementary parking.

Cons:

The single room is rather "compact".
The hand towel right by the toilet seat is a no.

Pros:

Alles. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.:)- bin Wiederholungstäter und werde auch gerne ein nächstes Mal wieder kommen.

Eine Oase in Mitten des Trubels
Pros:

Die Lage ist sicherlich außergewöhnlich. Durch die große Parkanlage ist man vom Trubel des Sees abgeschirmt. Gleichzeitig hat meine eine der besten Aussichten der Welt und ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Markt von Riva. Das Personal war insgesamt dem hohen Anspruch des Hauses entsprechend.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr laut. Der Architekt hat hier zu viel Wert auf Sichtachsen und Glas und zu wenig Wert auf Akustik gelegt. Ebenso ist der Parkplatz des Hauses nicht befestigt. Da man hier nun nicht unbedingt mit einem weißen Sprinter anreist kann man andernorts sicher lackschonender parken.
