Good Times at El Arenal
Pros:

The hotel room in O7 Alea hotel is tidy and comfortable, with a veranda overlooking the hotel swimming pool. The food from breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hotel is not far from Palma and the airport, which are served by regular bus services.

During check in, the male staff member was patient and offered a warm welcome to me. When I checked out at the hotel, MAR from reception was great and provided wonderful service.

Cons:

If the hotel could provide glasses or mugs in the room, that would be great!

A személyzet kedves, kényelmes az ágy, a reggelinél széles a választék. A közelben van egy nagy parkoló.

Nem volt kis hűtőszekrény a szobában.

Peu mieux faire.
Pros:

Le personnel d’accueil et de ménage sont très gentils et accueillants. Hôtel à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage ce qui n’est pas négligeable.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer. Des cheveux des poils etc pas très bien nettoyés. Beaucoup de poussière qui sors d’en dessous des lits ou je pense que le ménage n’est pas vraiment fait. Changement des serviettes tous les jours si besoin et ça c’est un bon point. Concernant le buffet, il y a un peu de choix mais pas tant que ça. J’ai connu plusieurs hôtels aux alentours et tous étaient mieux que ce soit au niveau de la propreté, la nourriture et l’emplacement. Très très bruyant à cause des gens qui savent pas respecter les consignes et les règles de vivre en société. Je ne reviendrais pas à cet hôtel. Nous étions 5 et on as le même avis.
