Pros:

La chica de la recepción muy maja y servicial. El desayuno variado, la habitación bastante maja, el aire acondicionado indispensable y la piscina.

Cons:

Por poner un pero y es muy personal, los que recogen la cubertería en el desayuno meten mucho ruído, hubo un día que sentado en una mesa más cercana a la puerta salí literalmente con dolor de cabeza de allí y sin terminar mi desayuno.

O ralo do banheiro estava entupido, a privada não dava descarga, fui a recepção e me falaram pra passar minhas férias enchendo de agua um balde de lixo e jogar na privada toda vez que usar o banheiro, o banheiro estava entupido e toda vez que fui tomar banho tinha que ficar desentupindo.
Paguei 3 diárias e passei 2 diárias nesse quarto com problema. Somente na terceira diária me realocaram para outro quarto.
Os funcionários são muito rudes e atendem os clientes com muita ignorância.
Pelo preço pago me arrependo amargamente de reservar nesse hotel.

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Hemos estado alojados solo una noche, pero la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Todo estaba muy limpio y el personal fue muy amable y atento. Queremos destacar especialmente el desayuno, que era muy completo y ofrecía una gran variedad de productos. En general, hemos quedado muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia y sin duda lo recomendaríamos.

Je n'ai pas trouvé normal de payer un supplément, en plus du prix, pour la clé du coffre-fort. Je trouve que ce n'est pas très correct : tout le monde devrait avoir accès au coffre-fort.

I liked the good location—you can quickly get to the bus stop and travel to Palma. The breakfasts were varied and delicious.

Cons:

As soon as we arrived, we were asked to pay additional taxes, even though Booking.com showed a discount. It felt as if the hotel had kept the discount for itself, and we ended up having to pay the extra amount when we checked in.

I booked two rooms for four people. After one of the housekeeping services, the cleaner left the door unlocked. It was a huge disappointment to return from our trip and find the door to our apartment wide open.

The key cards were also a problem. Although we were given four key cards, only one of them actually worked, so we had to share a single card throughout our stay.

It was also disappointing that the pool only opened at 10:30 a.m. and closed quite early. It wasn't very convenient, as we would have liked to swim in the morning before it got too hot and again in the evening, but that wasn't possible.

To make matters worse, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower holder kept falling off, which was another disappointment. Overall, the hotel is quite outdated.

Börjar med att O7 Alea gav oss ett rum som redan hade gäster.
Efter att ha gått ner till reception och informerat om detta så får vi ett nytt rum.
3 dagar senare av våran 7 dagars vistelse så öppnas dörren klockan 01:00 på natten av personal som säger att vi måste checka ut.
Efter en lång diskussion så visar de sig att vi är inskrivna på fel rum och gästen som skulle varit i rummet var personen som skulle checkat ut.

Efter allt detta så beslöt vi att checka ut och hitta ett annat hotell. Då de är en stor säkerhetsrisk att hotellet ger ut nycklar samt har fel personer registrerade på fel rum.

Kan även tillägga att ingen återbetalning har skett varken från Booking eller O7 Alea.
