We loved the Swiss hospitality
Pros:

Location and , reception staff.
Very amicable and helpful.

Cons:

Size of our room .
Space well utilized and simple yet comfortable.
Although our safety box was broken but the reception offered to hold our valuables at their safety box.

Nothing, however if you had mobility issues you may find the stairs an issue. This wasn’t a problem for us and they are very wide and easy to navigated

Amazing stay! Would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Amazing location
Great breakfast - constantly being refilled and good choice
Very friendly staff - the lady on reception that checked us in recommended two amazing restaurants which we visited and was very helpful, we also booked the mountain trips through the hotel
Big bathroom
Very clean

Cons:

No air con but great to have a ceiling fan
Fly screens didn’t really keep the moths out

Pros:

前台两位工作人员都非常nice，细心告知我如何游玩；酒店位置不错，就在河边，很好找，离火车站不算远，途中没有太多台阶，所以方便拖行李箱；有窗纱隔绝蚊虫；厕所很大。

Cons:

房间间的隔音一般，不过入夜以后都没听到声音；床品有提升空间，睡得不算好；床头没找到充电的地方。

Great Location, Breakfast, Amenities.
Pros:

We were a family with a kid. Our room has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Room size was perfect. Room decoration, bedding, bathroom were just having luxurious tast and amenities were full option ( body wash and body lotion for kid that was very thoughtful ). Breakfast was delicious and good food quality. Hotel staffs were very friendly greeting us with pleasant. Location was great close to everything bunch of restaurants, shops and close to Chapel bridge.

Nothing we like everything.

Pros:

Não há luxo, mas é bastante confortável e muito bem localizado. Fica na orla, de frente para o lago, a uns 15 minutos a pé da estação de trem. O café da manhã é ótimo. Os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos. Recomendo.
