Geen vier sterren, niet schoon.
Pros:

De locatie, de badkamer.

Cons:

Kamer zeer slecht schoongemaakt reeds vanaf inchecken. Maken alleen schoon op verzoek en zelfs dan niet echt schoon. Ook tuinstoelen heel erg vies.
Te weinig personeel bij ontbijt, konden het echt niet aan zeer stressvol.
Zeker geen 4 sterren waard.

A gem on the border of the Bavarian Forest
Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I have not experienced such high quality customer service in more expensive hotels in larger cities as I did here.

Cons:

I would have loved to have a tea/instant coffee station in the room. I know this is not standard for continental stays, but it would have been the cherry on top.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel habe ich bereits oft als Zwischenstation auf Motorrad-Touren genutzt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit der Räume ist in der Regel recht gut. Das Frühstücksangebot ist hervorragend. Das Personal an̈ der Rezeption und beim Frühstück ist kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Seit 5/26 werden Parkgebühren in Höhe von 10€/Nacht erhoben, auch für Motorräder!
Generell sind Kosten für das Parken bei Hotels im Bayerischen Wald unüblich und in dieser Höhe absolut überzogen.

Cons:

Beleuchtung im Bad z. T. defekt, Geruch im Flur unangenehm, kein Shuttle-Service zum Bahnhof.

Parkplatz kostet 10€/Nacht
Frühstück: Kaffeemaschine langsam, Kaffee schlecht, ständig ist die Milch leer, schlecht.
Personal total überfordert.
Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein.
Die Bar ist wegrationalisiert worden.
Insgesamt kein erfolgreicher Aufenthalt

Pros:

Sehr ruhig, schöne Lage, saubere und moderne Zimmer. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Waldkirchen Fußläufig.

Cons:

Bei Abreise wurde uns erklärt, dass wir eine Parkgebühr von 10€ am Tag zu entrichten hätten. Über Booking haben wir inklusive kostenlosem Parken gebucht. Wäre eine neue Anordnung vom Chef. Wir wurden weder bei Anreise noch über Aushänge darüber informiert. Das hat die Abreise etwas getrübt.

Sehr ruhige Lage.
Pros:

Zimmer renoviert, ausser den Fenstern. Dieses war sehr schlecht zu bedienen und sehr schmutig. Frühstück: hatte alles was man braucht. Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in der Natur.

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig im ganzen Hotel. Tischdecke war verschmutzt auf dem Frühstückstisch. Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt.
