Ok but read my honest review for details. Naim in reception - you are 5 stars!
Pros:

Honest review. I had superior room, it was very spacious. Naim in the reception is a star with great service, helpful, good english and a lovely smile. The location is not charming but good, 15 min walk from Medina but still on the side of town that you easily reach the train from (to Sidi Bou Said, La Marsa etc.). The entrance is imposing. The cleaning lady was very kind and always askes what I needed. The hotel feels safe with a door guard, reception 24/7 and extra lock on doors.

Cons:

- although spacious, the rooms felt empty, desolated and not cosy. Like a big hall.
- the bed and pillows were not comfortable, very hard pillows. The bed linens must be replaced, they were frayned (but clean).
- the breakfeast was not impressive, they have essentials but no finess really.
- overall the hotel needs an update. Although the cleaning ladies did their best, the walls, sinks etc must be repainted and replaced.

Værelset var stort - To soveværelser, to badeværelser (en med badekar), fjernsyn på begge værelser og i stuen. Super lækkert værelse, det var roligt og behageligt.
Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.
Vi boede meget centralt - Max 10 min. Gang fra næsten alting.

Cons:

Jeg synes ikke, at aircondition kølede godt nok i alle rum.

Pros:

Pese a no dar opción en la selección inicial de la reserva por booking, contactamos con el hotel y pudimos alojarnos los 5 ( 2 adultos y 3 niños )en una de las suites añadiendo una cama supletoria por 24€ noche.
Llegamos muy tarde, de madrugada y pudimos hacer late check out a las 14:00 sin coste adicional, nos guardaron las maletas, coordinaron taxi para el aeropuerto. A parte comimos y cenamos allí por un precio muy correcto, por poner una pega, en el bar se puede fumar, por lo que comer allí puede ser un poco desagradable, pero es verdad que nos permitieron cenar después en el restaurante con la carta del Bar. Ubicación céntrica, se escucha el tranvía de la calle.

Tarihi bir binaydı ve yüksek tavanlıydı. Bizim için ev hissini yaratıyordu. Merkezi bir konumda. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşım sağladık. Odalar temizdi. Klima çalışıyordu. İnternet konusunda biraz daha çalışma yapmalarını önermek isterim. Resepsiyon ve diğer çalışma arkadaşları gayet güleryüzlü ve yardım severdi. Teşekkürler
