Not booking here again.
Pros:

The quality of the rooms did not resemble the photos at all. Decor was very bold and I’m still confused with the dark green colour rooms.
Felt slightly claustrophobic and hotel was packed with old age pensioners.
A few of us guests under 50 spent a lot of the time at the bar joked that we ended up in a retirement home.

Cons:

The room, low quality and horrific decor.

The swimming pool and spa was nice

Cons:

We paid £220 for a night at this hotel, when we arrived at the hotel they gave us a room on the ground floor next to the main street that was very noisy that you can hear every car that is passing on the street and every person that is walking on the street and barely sleep all night

Tolles Personal, gutes Frühstück, good old English School.
Pros:

Frühstück gut und mehr als ausreichend, Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, in den Spitzenzeiten dennoch fast ein wenig überfordert mit der Kapazität der Gäste.

Cons:

Bei den Zimmern ließen sich die Fenster nur sehr gering öffnen, dadurch war es anfangs im Zimmer sehr heiß. Es gab unvermutet eine E-Ladestation, dies hat sehr geholfen.

Warm and welcoming
Pros:

The staff of this hotel are absolutely excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated lovely and airy. The swimming pool was an excellent bonus location is ideal and the hotel has a great large car park.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable with a nice bathroom. Staff were kind and attentive. We had a great meal at the restaurant and a lovely cooked to order breakfast.

Pros:

I like the fact that it was not far away from town and easy access to food.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all for our stay. The towels were changed, not all at times. Floor was making noise when you walk, I could feel the springs in the mattress on my back and sides. I was always sore the night after. Some staff were not friendly at all.
No lift to the car park.

excellent location, lovely staff
Pros:

Location was close to beach (7-8 mins away), although long set of steps down to reach beach. 10 mins away from Pier. Breakfast was good, with a wide range, although I would have appreciated more fresh fruit (rather than tinned)
Room was a good size, although overlooking the car park and out side bar meant it was quite noisy.
Bathroom was tiny and very difficult to negotate as the sink overhung the toilet! Also sinkplug did not work, managed to prise it off, to find plughole full of hair - yuck!!
Staff were very lovely and happy to do anything asked.
Pool was was lovely touch, especially during a heatwave - water was cool and a refuge from the heat.
The rooms are NOT airconditioned, which means you have to have the windows open, which can be noisy.

Cons:

The bathroom - sink overhung the toilet
plug didnt work, and when we prised it off, sink was full of old hair

Brilliant short getaway!
Pros:

The Hotel has wonderful facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi. I also loved the bar with a great selection of cocktails. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all lovely!

Cons:

I wish i booked direct so i could get free car parking :(, my fault tho not the hotels.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding.

No air conditioning during a heatwave was difficult, but they provided a fan which helped.

Needs a refurb on the communal areas
Cons:

The property looks tired. Whilst the room was OK the communal areas could do with an update.
