Location was close to the rown centre and beach
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Our room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The freshly cooked breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of choice. We also had the opportunity to dine in the Gold Room, and the food was absolutely fantastic—easily one of the best meals I have enjoyed in a long time. I would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again.
Nothing. It was perfect stay
Great stay with clean rooms, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Free access to spa with reasonable price for car park only £12.50

Lady at reception who checked us in was nice and friendly
Breakfast was nice
Dressing table in room needs upgrading, was not in great condition, all carpets through hotel need cleaning or replacing. Member of staff at breakfast was quite rude when we arrived for breakfast, believed she was reception staff not the lady who checked us in.
Excellent location for the bic and the town centre.
The bedroom was really hot and the pillows were hard.

Room was spacious and comfortable with lovely sofas
Location was excellent - next to Marriott and the lift which takes you down to the beach if you cannot walk
Onsite parkking which is reasonable

Some of the room feels a little tired and could do with a touch up such as tiles and paint, otherwise it is excellent
Pool - pool was cold, jacuzzi was very light and simply felt like a fizzle and shower was too light as well.
Staff were helpful
Dirty, tired, smelly, overpriced, old carpet, cheap furniture, paint all scratched, first room stunk of smoke had to be changed, second room had left over love heart confetti on the floor. Not worth £130. Second night stayed at another hotel in Poole which was a much better experience.
Not to mention when I arrived four drug addicts were heating a spoon up in the woodland next to the carpark.
Breakfast was 4/10 tinned mushrooms, boiled bacon, cheap sausage and sloppy egg.
The staff, Florin, Sita and Michael were fantastic also Marcin the manager was excellent, nothing to much trouble. Loved the bar and restaurant with a great menu. Really good choice of food and the breakfasts were amazing. We will be re-booking later in the year.
Our first visit to Bournemouth and the Collingwood, there was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel was clean the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
Car parking should have been free.
It was a bonus it had a swimming pool
It felt a little run down , no lockers etc in the changing rooms and the carpet felt dirty etc it would be nice as a paying guest that we wasn’t charged £12.50 to park there .

Nothing it's always a joy
Staff were really friendly. It was my husband's birthday and they decorated the bed with balloons. Breakfast was lovely. Swimming pool was so good. Great to use the games room.
I had actually contacted the hotel twice - once in an email and once on WhatsApp and I was not replied to either times. On our actual stay, I had no issues or concerns and we loved our stay.
