Herzlicher Empfang
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Begrüssung durch die Chefin persönlich. Wir durften mit unserem Hund in der Bar frühstücken, es wurde extra für uns aufgedeckt. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Leider war der Kundenservice äußerst enttäuschend. Aufgrund eines schwerwiegenden Krankheitsfalls mit Krankenhausaufenthalt konnten wir die Reise nicht antreten und haben alle erforderlichen Nachweise eingereicht. Dennoch zeigte das Hotel keinerlei Kulanz, bestand auf dem vollen Betrag und reagierte sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich sehr unfreundlich. In einer solchen Ausnahmesituation hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Verständnis und Kundenorientierung gewünscht.

Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider konnte am das Zimmer nicht gut verdunkeln, darum immer sehr früh wach.

Das Hotel gibt einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt mit voller Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.
Die Zimmer sind grosszügig mit einem herrlichen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sogar das Wetter hat mitgespielt und wir konnten mit Ausflügen in die nähere Umgebung erkunden.
