Lyhyt,mutta hyvä kokemus.
Pros:

Isäntä vastasi soittoihin vaikka viesteihin ei saatu vastausta.Olimme kai vahingossa pyytäneet vauvansänkyä,mutta emme joutuneet maksamaan sitä.Pari peittoa ja pyyhettä puuttui,mutta saimme ne nopeasti,vaikka kello oli jo paljon.Siisti paikka ja keittiöstä löytyi maksullinen kahvikone ja välipala-automaatti.Huoneessa myös jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küchenecke mit Geschirr, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Es gab noch einen große Gemeinschaftsküche wo alles wichtig vorhanden war. Self Check-In hat gut funktioniert und das Auto konnten wir Problemlos in der Tiefgarage parken.

Cons:

Leider waren in der Dusche noch Haare von den Gästen vorher.

Great location, basic stay for one person. Fit for purpose. Everything was "good".
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the shopping street with plenty of restaurants and life around. The room was small and adequate. Enough if you aren't spending a lot of time in it. There was plenty of light and I didn't hear noise from the hall, other rooms or outside which is excellent. The blackout curtains were necessary and worked well. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. There was enough storage for my things. I did not spend a large amount of time in the hotel so it was fit for purpose in that sense. The shared kitchen was a nice space. The check in and out process was easy, as was building access.

Cons:

I never saw a human at the front desk for my entire stay. There is a phone there you can use if you have questions but no real person to see and speak to. I'm sure it's a cost saving measure but I found it odd. The bed was a little too soft for my liking and I thought it wasn't super comfortable but this is subjective. I was there 4 nights 5 days and they never came in to clean my room, give me fresh towels, restock toilet paper etc. which I think is strange. The one towel I had was not good quality, it was just a basic, thin towel and one hand towel. If you're only giving minimal items for rooms, they should at least be quality. The toilet paper was also very, very cheap and something you'd expect get in a public toilet somewhere. Not what I would expect from a hotel. I really disliked the shower curtain. There needs to be weight on the bottom of it so it doesn't blow into you while you're showering. Having a shower curtain that many people have touched constantly blowing into your body while showering is just gross. I sent two messages prior to check in through the booking app, neither were ever answered. There are just little minor things that can take the customer experience from good to great but overall it was a good stay.

Cons:

Fanns ingen tillgänglig toarulle när jag kom. Ingen i receptionen. Ordnar en toarulle. Fre morgon informerar jag en man i receptionen som går för att åtgärda. Ser senare att han gjort det men den rulle jag skaffat har han lagt beslag på. Så säkra att toap finns och stjäl inte den rulle jag skaffat. Uselt borde innebära avdrag på priset
