I wished we had taken note of the other bad reviews relating to the owner's bad attitude and behavior before booking this property.

From the first interaction with the owner, he seemed irritated by our presence. Even though we tried to be very friendly and courteous, he remained short and unwelcoming. For example, when we asked him a simple question, he responded by asking us where we are from. When we replied that we were visiting from South Africa, he simply replied "I thought so". When we checked out, we politely inquired about the taxes on the receipt. He refused to answer and continued to ignore me. When pressed for an answer, he simply replied "you are from South Africa, JUST GO!!".

Furthermore, the rooms were not well equipped, no toilet seats on ANY of the toilets, and breakfast was disappointing and overpriced.

Grande chambre fraîche.
Beaucoup de rangements possibles. Bonne literie.
Belle piscine.
Bouteille d’eau offerte. Frigo.
Tranquillité. Vue sur St-Cirq.
Pour les emplettes du quotidien et l’essence, il y a un Proxi à Tour-de-Faure.

Cons:

L’accès au Wifi n’a jamais fonctionné.
Les boutons de porte sont un peu grippés. Difficile aussi de fermer /ouvrir les volets.
Le chemin d’accès commence à se creuser.

Parfait pour déconnecter et découvrir Saint Cirq Lapopie
Pros:

L’emplacement est absolument incroyable. Parfait pour déconnecter. Le Spa et la piscine sont super.
Restaurant traditionnel bistronomique à 2 pas de l’hôtel excellent est vraiment un plus. La possibilité de privatiser le Spa le soir est une excellente idée !
C’est notre troisième séjour et nous reviendrons.

Cons:

Certaines parties du spa sont un peu vieillissantes mais cela n’enlève rien au charme du lieu.

Appartement spacieux, de l'équipement (mais sale)

Cons:

La saleté! Que ce soit la vaisselle (immonde) , le sol de la chambre avec des moutons de poussière. On a beau s'en plaindre dès l'arrivée, les moutons de poussière n'ont pas bougé pendant toute une semaine. La vaisselle n'a jamais été propre. J'ai écrit plusieurs emails à la réception pour m'en plaindre : jamais une seule réponse ! Une honte. De même le sol de la salle de bain en terre cuite était cassé, l'eau de la douche le transformait en liquide tâchant. A savoir également, les toilettes n'ont ni lunette ni abattant...
La piscine extérieure, idem. Non seulement elle est petite, froide mais elle aussi est sale. Honteux de profiter de son emplacement et ne pas tenir cet hôtel correctement.
