Zaskakująco dobrze, polecam.
Pros:

Zaskakująco miły pobyt. Nie wiązałem jakiś ogromnych nadzieji z marką Gromada i byłem mile zaskoczony. Pokój świeżo po remoncie. wygodne łóżko, obszerna łazienka. Wyciemniające zasłony! bardzo sprawna klimatyzacja. Parking w rozsądnej cenie, do tego przemiła obsługa na recepcji. Jeśli los każe mi kiedyś ponownie nocować w Łomży - z pewnością tam się zatrzymam.

Cons:

Ogólne wrażenia bardzo w porządku, ale gdybym miał zwrócić uwagę na jakiekolwiek negatywny to: drzwi słabo wyciszone - słychać hałas z korytarza (przechodzące osoby, rozmowy), śniadanie smaczne ale wybór dość mocno ograniczony.

Cons:

Rušení nočního klidu před hotelem personál hotelu vůbec nezajímalo. Situaci začali řešit až na základě stížnosti. Při tomto rušení nešlo spát.

Pros:

We have stayed at the Gromada Hotel three times. Since our last visit the hotel has been refurbished and is now excellent value for money.
We were in Lomza on personal business but would fully recommend, staff are helpful as we had to stay an extra night.

Instalaciones modernas y muy limpias, pero con un desayuno claramente mejorable

El hotel destaca por su limpieza impecable y sus instalaciones modernas. Tanto las zonas comunes como las habitaciones están muy cuidadas, con un diseño actual y todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación también es muy buena, permitiendo desplazarse fácilmente por la ciudad. Además, las instalaciones están bien mantenidas y ofrecen una sensación general de calidad. El personal cumple correctamente con su trabajo y la atención es adecuada.

Cons:

Las almohadas son excesivamente altas, hasta el punto de resultar incómodas para dormir. Sería recomendable ofrecer diferentes opciones de almohada para adaptarse a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Sin embargo, el aspecto más negativo de la estancia fue, sin duda, el desayuno. La oferta es extremadamente pobre para un hotel de estas características. No había tostadora ni forma de calentar el pan, por lo que había que consumirlo frío. Tampoco había prácticamente nada de bollería. La leche se ofrecía en una simple jarra fría y la variedad de cereales era muy escasa. Gran parte del desayuno consistía en verduras crudas, mientras que la selección de quesos y embutidos era muy limitada. En general, el desayuno resultó decepcionante y muy por debajo de lo esperado.
