Cons:

Bed/ mattress lumpy uncomfortable! My second stay in 3 years and both stays the same problem with mattress's!

Don’t hesitate to book it!
Pros:

It felt luxurious, from the bed linens to the complimentary breakfast, L’Occitane bath products, and pretty little patio. Loved it all.

Cons:

Nothing. Wish we’d have arrived sooner and stayed a day longer!

We really enjoyed our stay after getting married!

My only complaint was the tv didn’t have many channels. Would have loved to be able to stream from my personal device.

If they could move to athe highway and get a staff that communicated
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. It was easy to walk downtown.

Cons:

The traffic noise was ridiculous. It’s located right next to the highway. The noise kept us up late and started up again at 4:00 a.m. Earphones don’t drown it out.
We filled out a form to select our continental breakfast items to be delivered but in the morning, we waited until 8:00 and still didn’t receive it. (We’d been awake quite a long time, due to the traffic noise.) No one was working in the office yet and no one answered the night phone, so we went out for breakfast.

Luxury bed and great location
Pros:

The hotel is very attractive and you can park right outside your room. The bed and linen are super comfy and luxurious. Occitane toiletries much appreciated. A nice complimentary breakfast delivered to your door - muffins, yoghurt, fruit and granola, hard boiled eggs, fruit juice, milk - coffee available in room. Good bedside lighting for reading. Stylish and elegant accommodation. Best benefit is you get a free wine tasting next door at Tank Garage Winery and 50% off a 55 dollar pp wine tasting at Sterling Winery that includes a gondalo/cable car ride from the car park! Great fun.

Cons:

Variable WiFi signal. Inconsistent air con which on first night set off the smoke alarm!
