Most pleasant atmosphere, but a few items need tuning.
Pros:

The facility, room and most staff. Coffee in the rooms was nice.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was problematic, slow and frequent outages. One of the male staff at reception was very annoyed when dropping off the breakfast request as he had closed early (before 7:00 PM). He also stated he couldn't communicate with much of the staff. No complaints about the female staff, they were all very accommodating and pleasant. The bed was adequate but marginal for the price.

If you want continental breakfast, you do not have the option of picking it up, rather it has to be delivered during at a set period to your room. For a light breakfast, such as coffee and a muffin, this needs to grab & go. Sometimes the staff will be able to hold it for you at reception, but that was hit or miss.

The staff and the town itself was so warm and welcoming
Cons:

I was in room 112 it was for disabled people but my friends rooms were very nice and we were happy with that.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed and furnishings.

Cons:

Could not open the microwave to heat up my breakfast. Wasn’t sure how you wanted me to check out (early) so just left my key cards in the room.

Overall nice stay and staff were great!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and delivered to room as requested!

Cons:

Bed/ mattress lumpy uncomfortable! My second stay in 3 years and both stays the same problem with mattress's!

Don’t hesitate to book it!
Pros:

It felt luxurious, from the bed linens to the complimentary breakfast, L’Occitane bath products, and pretty little patio. Loved it all.

Cons:

Nothing. Wish we’d have arrived sooner and stayed a day longer!

My only complaint was the tv didn’t have many channels. Would have loved to be able to stream from my personal device.
