Very large hotel with a thermal spa attatched. The room was large and had air conditioning. A garage was available for my motorcycle. The staff were friendly, we did not use the spa even though it was free with the stay. The evening meal and breakfast were good. A cafe bar is open all day too.
The outside could do with a spruce up but it was fine for one night.
qualità dell'offerta colazione ben curata, sia per dolce che per salato. Le caratteristiche curative dell'acqua termale e il parco nel quale è immersa la struttura fanno la differenza vs altre location, meno terapeuticamente dedicate
la manutenzione complessiva della struttura, che in diversi aspetti mostra l'età di costruzione. Questo nonostante una qualità di accoglienza e di attenzione al soggiorno degli ospiti e agli ospiti davvero impagabile
Il parco attorno all’hotel è fantastico, le terme sono un valore aggiunto e il materasso è veramente comodo
Alcuni aspetti degli arredi e del bagno iniziano a mostrare i segni del tempo (doccia, finestra bagno e accessori bagno)

Personale un po troppo prepotente, il personale deve capire che siamo ospiti paganti, escludo reception e personale della colazione

La struttura termale è un po' datata
L'hotel co tiene anche le terme, quindi 3 piscine con temperature varie, idromassaggi, saune ecc, tutto compreso nel soggiorno.
Il bagno è attrezzato anche con qualche maniglia o sostegno, utile x persone anziane.
Avendo chiesto di fermarmi ancora un giorno, mi è stato applicato un prezzo mooolto più alto di quello su Booking, se sapevo...
Il ristorante interno è buono e con bella vista sul parco, ma un po' caro.
Non ci sono quasi mezzi pubblici per raggiungere i castelli intorno o Parma, perciò bisogna essere autosufficienti.

Struttura un pò datata, ma curata e con una Spa con 2 belle piscine termali, ottime per rilassarsi nuotare o per attività acquatiche. (peccato per la chiusura pomeridiana alle 19) . Attorno un bel parco con alberi secolari e ben curatl, ampi parcheggi alberati.

Aria condizionata non.funzionante in giornate con 34 gradi. attivata solo dopo le ns lamentele.

L'hôtel et les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel aimable. Le petit déjeuner est convenable.
Toutes les infrastructures mériteraient d'être rénovées. Le matelas était ferme pour de l'hôtellerie.
