La posizione centralissima. La pulizia delle camere e del bagno. Lo stile molto moderno e interessante.
La tecnologia va benissimo ma non esiste una persona alla reception a cui rivolgersi. MAI. Si fa tutto tramite codice e se hai bisogno chiamando qualcuno. Una persona alla reception almeno durante il giorno dovrebbe esserci per risolvere le emergenze. La strage luggage non è segnata. Non esiste un bar. Neanche un frigo da cui prendere una bottiglia d'acqua. Insomma la tecnologia è fantastica ma troppa no.

Durch die Lage in der Innenstadt sehr laut wenn grölende und betrunkene Touristen durch die Altstadt ziehen.

Pulizia delle camere, decisamente migliorabile. Ho trovato polvere e persino una lente a contatto sotto il comodino, segno di una pulizia poco accurata.

The bar man was very helpful and well informed
Hotel was centrally located and perfect for getting around Reykjavik.
The chambermaids were the only on-site staff we met and they were very helpful.
The fact that we booked it on the basis that it was staffed 24x7 and then we received a mail to say that they’ve gone remote!
I emailed over a month in advance to request a room on the same floor as my friend and, if possible, at the back of the hotel in the quieter part. Also requested an early check-in if possible. I received a reply saying that these requests would be considered.
I arrived on the day to find I could not access the room I was allocated and actually set off the alarm!!! Turns out I didn’t have a room allocated to me. My friend got a room on the 4th floor and had access to it immediately. Luckily the chambermaids were on site and one of them was very helpful and found a room for me but it had to be cleaned first! I ended up on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel and no early check-in. So a waste of all my email requests.
The room was fine and good value - very clean and as it wasn’t a weekend, it was quiet. Beds are very comfortable and I slept really well.
Thanks to the chambermaids (and one in particular) who was very helpful.
The hotel was in a great location and appreciated the code system to enter the room instead of having to keep a key. Although not on site the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Really no down side beyond just how expensive hotels are in general in Iceland.
Great location. The bed and room were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Also appreciated the radiator in the bathroom for the chilly mornings. Was skeptical at first but having a code instead of a room key was super convenient and the remote staff very responsive.

Quieter than expected though this was low season. Well-appointed room. Stylish.
Réception is self check in— actually not a problem as it worked perfectly but I saw no staff there during my stay
Good location, comfortable bed and bedding
Bathroom not clean. Drain unclean and hair stuck on tiles. Slippery tiles. Constantly cut off when trying to talk to someone about the confusion of the room. Late notification of room change number.
The location was great central to all sites and most things were not long walks away

We had a king size bed, but it was a tight squeeze. Having said that, when we returned to Dublin we booked there AGAIN.
El alojamiento estaba en el centro y muy bien comunicado. Me gustaro mucho las instalaciones. La calefacción era excepcional, al igual que la higiene y el confort.
No me gustó que el alojamiento no contara con personal, ya que estaba todo automatizado y tampoco me gustó que no tuviera consigna. tampoco me gustó que escribiera un correo electrónico para buscar una solución para la consigna de las maletas antes de mi partida y no me respondieran.
