When you stay at a 5-star hotel, you expect top-tier facilities, rooms, and service—and that is exactly what you get here. However, what truly stays with you long after you leave is the warmth of the staff. The way they care for their guests is absolutely exceptional. Additionally, I tried several of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food quality is outstanding. A wonderful experience!

O hotel é lindíssimo e possui uma estrutura hoteleira maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, com vários restaurantes, bares e lojas próximos (ainda mais no trânsito caótico de Lima)! Além do café da manhã delicioso e o atendimento espetacular das pessoas por lá.
O wi-fi é ruim, fraco e como a TV é ligada no Wifi também, a imagem fica falhando e dando "delay" - em tempos de Copa do Mundo, isso é complexo!
Outra coisa, o preço das coisas no bar, tomei 2 águas com gás e me custou R$ 75!!!
Beautiful hotel, lovely large rooms. Breakfast Buffett variety was excellent with menu options one 1️⃣ f the restaurants behind the bar area was exceptional. Customer service was excellent. Hotel was situated 15 minute walk from Miraflowers where most activities, restaurants and shopping were located.
Pablo Verde gave us an excellent experience. His service was timely and efficient. He provided fantastic service, including the extra mile with the papaya shake. Thank you!
