Excellent spacious room and very comfortable stay
Pros:

We were given an excellent room: spacious, comfortable, and with a large window. Everything was very clean and pleasant. The bed comfort was also very good: the mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and we rested very well. I also appreciated the air and bedding quality: there were no unpleasant smells, no heavy artificial fragrances, no strong cleaning perfume, and no sticky air freshener effect. The room felt clean in a natural way, not masked by chemical scents, which made the stay much more comfortable.

Cons:

The only real minus was the bathroom setup. The shower/bath area had no proper edge and used a curtain, probably designed to be accessible for people with limited mobility. In practice, the bathroom floor was wet all the time after showering. Everything else was very good.

Toppenvistelse!
Pros:

Läget var otroligt bra! Fin omgivning med närhet till mysiga cafeer och barer, bra second hand och natur i form av flera parker och älv som var så fin att gå längs, både upp och ner. Frukosten var toppen, även för mig som glutenintolerant. Rummet var helt ljudisolerat. Bra ac för oss som var där en otroligt varm period.

Cons:

Det stod vatten i toaborst-hållaren vilket kändes ohygieniskt/ofräscht.

Du får mye for pengene!!!
Pros:

Flott frokost og frokost lokale, alltid plass og fine bord for å spise frokosten. Kult område rundt hotellet. Selv om mye leven ute, var det rolig og stille på hotellet og på rommet.

Cons:

Varmt om natten.

Dejligt hotel, God beliggenhed.
Pros:

Beliggenheden ved de mange madsteder var perfekt. Der var rent og pænt på værelset.

Cons:

Der var en dame i receptionen, der ikke forstod, hvad vi sagde! Og hun gjorde sig heller ikke umage for at forstå os. Vi kommer fra Danmark. Da vi klagede til hende over at vores fjernsyn ikke virkede. Sagde hun, at vi skulle prøve igen, hvilket vi selvfølgelig havde prøvet. Hun var afvisende overfor os. Dagen efter klagede vi igen. Denne gang til en mand i receptionen. Han var flink og tilbød os et andet rum og meldte fejlen til maintenance. Det gav ikke mening for os at skifte rum, da vi skulle rejse næste morgen. Så 2 overnatninger - ingen fjernsyn. Det var utilfredsstillende.
Vi savnede brød til morgenmaden, der ikke var blødt, men som havde en sprød overflade.

Stylisches Hotel im stylischer Vulkanviertel.
Pros:

Modernes gutes Styling. Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage im Interessanten Vulkanviertel

Cons:

Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht vollständig abstellen. Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption eher mittelmäßig. Auch wenn das Hotel die Tiefgarage nicht betreibt: über 40 Euro pT muss der Autofahrer berappen. Das relativiert den ansonsten fairen Preis für das Zimmer.

L accoglienza. La televisione non era funzionante e quando gli abbiamo chiesto perché la signora alla reception del primo giorno ha risposto in modo alquanto sarcastico, ridendoci. Non lo trovo affatto professionale.

Gillade läget & lugnet

Cons:

För lite personal. Jag skulle köpa snacks från shopen, en annan kund stod bakom mig och ville beställa drinkar och tre sällskap efter det ville checka in. Trots detta enbart en personal, som skulle hjälpa andra.

Cons:

Det burde vært kjøleskap på rommet. Selv med hund, burde det gått ann. Lå på scandic Victoria med hund, og de hadde kjøleskap på rommet. Det var bare satt inn i dobbelt skap. Fungerte genialt.

Great location, but the room was a letdown
Pros:

The bathroom was not clean, and the toilet seat was loose, which gave the impression that it had not been properly maintained. The ventilation system stopped working, so we were unable to lower the temperature in the room. Instead of moving us to another room, we were given a small desk fan, which did very little to help, especially after several days of temperatures above 30°C and tropical nights. As a result, we spent the night in a hot, stuffy room with poor air circulation and got very little sleep.

Anyway: The breakfast buffet was ok. The location is great and its easy to get around.
