الشرفة واسعة جدا ( اكبر من الجناح 🙄)
لكن لا توجد مفروشات شرفة مريحة
فقط طاولة صغيرة وكرسيين حديد بدون فرش .
الموقع بعيد عن اي شيء مشي بالأقدام
لكن إذا مع وجود سيارة لم تكن مشكلة

Too far out
Pros:

We were put in this hotel by Turkish airlines for 3 nights as we flew Business class return Sydney to London. The Hotel itself is very nice and 5 star as advertised. We had no choice in which hotel the airline placed us in. Unfortunately the hotel is very far from all the sights of Istanbul. It is in a residential area with no tourist facilities. There are no decent restaurants nearby so you have to eat at the Hotel, which was very expensive and frankly not very good.
If you have been to Istanbul, you will know that the traffic is terrible with 2 hour long delays, so we had to work out transport ourselves to and from the Hotel. At first we tried the metro which is not close to the Hotel, but the it does offer a free minibus to the metro station 3 times a day. None coming back though. Worked out the Istanbul card and had to change twice on the metro then the tram to the main sights. The second day we used the bus transport which was one bus to the tram. We were able to walk to the bus stop, but it is up an extremely steep hill, as is all Etiler. We were able to use our Istanbul card on this too. A lot of the tourists chose to just stay in the Hotel itself, as it was all too difficult. We spent 2 hours a day coming and going to the sights. The Hotel is primarily a Business Hotel and not really set up for tourists, so I think it is a bad choice, when there are so many Hotels closer to the main sights of Istanbul.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, beware of bar prices!
Pros:

Friendly staff throughout and a lovely restaurant area offering an excellent breakfast buffet. Our room was clean but pretty dated and whist we had booked a double we were given a twin single bedded room and informed that a double was not available.

Just two things to be aware of if you're thinking of booking, the location isn't ideal - you can walk to the metro however it takes around 15 minutes up a hill plus there are no footpaths in parts - you'd also feel pretty uncomfortable walking on your own - it's really just a drive in, drive out kind of place.

Finally be very aware of the bar prices in the rooftop bar $62AUD for a small prosecco and $44AUD for a red wine! It's a QR system so more fool us for not checking the online menu first - please be warned! We did question the prices at checkout however the receptionist tried to justify them by explaining the location is one of the best in the world - I beg to differ, it's an lovely view of the city and river in the distance but certainly doesn't warrant those type of prices - needless to say the bar was empty!
