very convenient
Pros:

Very accessible, parking was good and having the laundry on the floor was great.

Cons:

The room was dark, dark cupboards and lighting. The electrical wiring was weird, if you had one side of the bed plugged in and working; the other didn't. Because the whole area was dark the bathroom mirror was not well lit to do makeup.

Pros:

fast lift, easy to get to from the train station, near to the Hawthorn Arts Centre.

Cons:

Just the the room was serviced during the stay, house keeping to change the towels and top up the coffee be nice

Great location, quiet and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, handy to transport, cafes, supermarkets, etc. Room was spacious and quiet. Kitchenette was very handy.

Cons:

I think it's time to upgrade the mattress on the bed. Also, the ironing board was broken and could not be used - yes, some of us still iron our clothes! Would have loved a pod machine in the kitchenette.

Pros:

The bed pillows were awesome, room just the right size, clean, shower good, being able to cook was a bonus. Close to everything I needed

Cons:

I didn't have dishwashing liquid, a few more bin bags would be handy when a public holiday

Pros:

I've stayed in these serviced apartments in Canberra so was really happy to stay in them in Melbourne. Home away from home!

Convenient for hawthorn and Glenferrie road.
Pros:

I stay here because it super convenient for my works head office. Glenferrie road has some great food options and Woolworths and Cole’s for any supplies. Kitchen is handy if you need to cook or microwave.

Cons:

The room is basic. Feels like it needs a good vacuum and the housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the housekeeping would leave the bedsides out of place after making the bed. Lighting is not great.
