It was quiet and comfortable the room itself was clean and only the bathroom shower
Pros:

Great location close to station, restaurants, shops.
Staff were efficient.

Showers had black around the bottom base making shower look unclean should be addressed.

Fantastic location, neat and tidy.
Pros:

The location and ease of this venue were a highlight. Once we parked the car we were walking distance from everything all weekend. It was truly fabulous.

This was a very pleasant visit to Melbourne.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It provided ample storage with a well appointed kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable with very good blockout blinds. Although on a busy road, the room was very quiet. Being so located, many restaurants were within easy walking distance.

Cons:

There was nothing negative about this stay.

Pros:

Yuuki and Jacob were excellent receptionists especially Jacob over the weekend. I was inquiring about the gym facilities and he told me about the large public gym up the road and handed me a guest pass to use it. I was very impressed. Also exceptional water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

Nothing of concern to mention.
