Comfortable although could have done better elsewhere.
Pros:

Family wedding Leonda By The Yarra. Perfect location for overnight stay after a very long day.

Cons:

Parking underneath extremely small and only one entry. Steep tight driveway entry with push button intercom for access.This resulted to our car rims damaged by concrete. Very upsetting. Room keys old fashion and also not working properly to open our room door. Given today's technology both could be upgraded.

Good location, basic facilities

Location was good to cafes and transport

Cons:

The room facilities were basic. The bed was average and the room didn’t feel like it had been cleaned deeply, just wiped down.

Wonderful accommodation, great location although not good value.

great location, excellent room, lovely shower, good kitchen facilities

Cons:

Good that coffee available at reception - disappointing that it was Starbucks brand. There is a lot of great coffee in Melbourne perhaps another option could be available.

Great accommodation, not good value
Pros:

Great room, good layout, excellent bed, nice show, practical, useful kitchen. Good to have laundry, lifts work well.

Cons:

Coffee available at reception is a good idea, it's a shame that it was Starbucks. There is a lot of great coffee in Melbourne (e.g. Axil less than 200m away) - few coffee connoisseurs enjoy Starbucks

Overnight was very noisy, you could hear showers, water running through pipes, doors opening and closing. No actual voices just continues bumping and crashing
