Gutes Hotel mit einigen Macken.
Pros:

Die Lage war außerordentlich gut. In ein paar Schritten ist man bereits in der Innenstadt von Lazise. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Fotos der Zimmer sind sehr gut gemacht. Für ein Zimmer in dieser Preiskategorie hätte ich auch ein perfektes Zimmer erwartet. Der Zustand war aber leider meiner Meinung nach keine fast 500€ pro Nacht wert.
Das Frühstück ist eigentlich sehr vielfältig und gut, was es mir den Genuss aber komplett kaputt gemacht hat, sind die Vögel die auf das Frühstück geflogen sind und dort genüsslich Brot gegessen haben. Das Personal hat dies nicht gestört. Die Poolanlage ist an sich ein Traum. Leider war bei unseren Aufenthalt der Pool, vor allem der mittlere Teil schon recht grün. Vor allem im Vergleich zu den Fotos des Hotels.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, fasiliteter, mat og personell, alt som er viktig!

Cons:

Mye skrål fra småbarn i bassengområdet mot slutten. Barn uten foreldrene tilstede, spruter og bråker.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Palazzo della Scala Hotel. Es war einfach alles hervorragend!

Das gesamte Ambiente ist stilvoll und einladend, die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den erstklassigen Service – das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Rosy. Sie hat uns von Anfang an herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die unvergesslichen Tage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ótimo ! Localização ideal ! Lazise é uma das cidades mais legais de Garda. Piscinas incríveis.
Pros:

O Hotel é excelente ! As piscinas são uma questão a parte. Impecável.
Piscina para crianças, com areia (!!!), piscina adulto, jacuzzis (2) pela área das piscinas abertas. Piscina interna para área do wellness club.
Café da manhã excelente. o quarto é ótimo. Fiquei com o vista para rua (meio frustrante, mas ok). os de vista para piscina parecem ótimos.
banheiro é ótimo, o chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais forte, mas nada que prejudique.
o quarto tem uma mini cozinha, com microondas, geladeira, etc. otimo.
a sala é ótima ! estávamos em uma familia de 4 pessoas, e foi super confortavel.

Cons:

A sauna funcionava apenas das 14h00 as 20h00. Para quem prefere fazer cedo, é um problema. Consegui fazer um dia.. não nos demais. pena. o banho escoces, é ótimo ! Sou acostumado a banheiras de gelo... já ajudou no processo.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Spa, bar and recreation facilities were very good. Pool table and cinema area were great. We enjoyed using the hotel bikes - the tyres needed pumping up.

Cons:

Had to wait a while at reception a few times. Seemed to be lots of staff but only dealing with one person at a time.

Rilassante per una nuova famiglia
Pros:

Parcheggio sotterraneo fantastico, così la macchina rimane parcheggiata lì e al fresco. Hotel molto bello e con tante zone, ci han pure fatto un gradito upgrade della camera. Visto che eravamo con la nostra piccolina di 5 mesi al suo primo viaggio ci ha fatto piacere e comodo.
L’area piscina molto bella, non è la solita piscina rettangolare ma un mini villaggio turistico.
Personale gentile e pronto ad aiutarti, noi ci siamo trovati bene.
Colazione abbondante e buona.
