Everything - We’re six and family suite was great, the team super helpful and kind, with patience to kids.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in Lazise
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in Lazise, wenige Gehminuten in die Stadt. Super Pool und Spa Bereich. Für Kinder gut geeignet, es gibt auch einen Spielraum und ein Kino, wenn es mal zu heiß ist. Das Frühstück war auch gut und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich.

Не рекомендую, цена максимум 250 евро за ночь в такой ночлежке.
Pros:

Наличие кухни где можно приготовить пищу

Cons:

Цена, грязь в номере, полы ужасно грязные, шезлонги сломанные, гидромассаж работает на половину, бассейны с мутной водой, и цена 1100 евро за ночь, с такими ужасными завтраками.

Rundum wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Unglaublich freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage ist toll, da es so nah zum Zentrum ist. Das Morgenessen ist grandios. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben und rundum wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Müssen schauen, dass sie mit den Renovationen, vorallem bei der Poolanlage, nicht warten. Wäre sehr schade.

Our stay was amanzing, we will miss Lazise.
Pros:

It is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Lazise. The staff are so friendly! Shout out to Sara an absolutely lovely lady and we will miss her greatly! The Junior Suite was amazing and the facilities such as the pool and spa were great. We will definitely return :)

Cons:

They don’t have an airport shuttle or a shuttle service to locations such as theme parks/ zoo etc. This would enhance the stay further as taxis are quite busy and expensive.

Pros:

Spa Bereich:) und das Zimmer war wirklich sauber!
Das Frühstück war gut und Service nett.

Cons:

Probleme mit Pumpe im Pool, das Wasser war Grün und ekelhaft. Die andere Gäste haben sich ebenfalls beschwerdet im Pool Bereich!!

Wir waren leider nur 1 Tag dort.

Beim Check Out gab es keine Empathie von die jüngere Dame, kein Vorschlag, kein Preisnachlass.

Kaltes lächeln bringt uns nichts.

Ich verstehe das Technik geht irgendwann kaputt, es ist in Ordnung, aber die Gäste haben auch bezahlt wegen Pool, Spa usw. Man kann etwas vorschlagen oder die Gäste in anderen großen Pool schicken außerhalb des Hauses oder drinks anbieten... 😒.

Visit for the pool and spa!
Pros:

I liked the spa the most. I had not expected such a large elaborated and tranquil spa. I enjoyed having a sauna every evening before freshening up for dinner! The children loved the outdoor pool and spent hours playing there. It never felt overly crowded. We also got upgraded to the family suite which had two bedrooms and a balcony. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Cons:

Nothing that the hotel can control. We found that Lazise had an eclectic mix of people. You do have to walk a bit and cross a few roads to get to the town. We arrived on a Saturday and realised there is an outdoor bar right beside the hotel where bikers gathered. They were slightly rowdy and reckless with their driving.

Gutes Hotel mit einigen Macken.
Pros:

Die Lage war außerordentlich gut. In ein paar Schritten ist man bereits in der Innenstadt von Lazise. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Fotos der Zimmer sind sehr gut gemacht. Für ein Zimmer in dieser Preiskategorie hätte ich auch ein perfektes Zimmer erwartet. Der Zustand war aber leider meiner Meinung nach keine fast 500€ pro Nacht wert.
Das Frühstück ist eigentlich sehr vielfältig und gut, was es mir den Genuss aber komplett kaputt gemacht hat, sind die Vögel die auf das Frühstück geflogen sind und dort genüsslich Brot gegessen haben. Das Personal hat dies nicht gestört. Die Poolanlage ist an sich ein Traum. Leider war bei unseren Aufenthalt der Pool, vor allem der mittlere Teil schon recht grün. Vor allem im Vergleich zu den Fotos des Hotels.

Flott hotell rett ved sentrum.
Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhet, fasiliteter, mat og personell, alt som er viktig!

Cons:

Mye skrål fra småbarn i bassengområdet mot slutten. Barn uten foreldrene tilstede, spruter og bråker.
