Ми шукали саме тихе та спокійне місце для затишного сімейного відпочинку і не помилилися з вибором.Наш номер був із неймовірним видом на море, а саме море тут просто прекрасне. Чистота в готелі бездоганна — прибиралося кожного дня, все блищало. Харчування організовано на дуже високому рівні, абсолютно всі страви були надзвичайно смачними. Величезним плюсом є те, що зручні лежаки і біля басейну, і біля моря надаються абсолютно безкоштовно, місця завжди вистачало.Усе просто шикарно! Щиро рекомендую цей готель усім і самі обов'язково сюди повернемося!

Completamente soddisfatti di questa esperienza e soggiorno, tutti i responsabili ed operatori sono stati gentili e disponibili. La posizione dell'Hotel è un po' decentrata ma a 5 minuti da Platanias.
La nostra stanza, molto ampia è sempre stata pulita ed in ordine, aprire le finestre e trovarsi direttamente sulla spiaggia e sul mare è meraviglioso. Tutto ciò fa venire la voglia di tornarci.

Pobyt w hotelu uważam za wyjątkowo udany! Najwiekszym atutem jest bezposredni dostep do morza i jednoczesnie dostęp do części z basenami hotelowymi. Pokój był czysty, a łóżka wygodne. Obsługa okazała się niezwykle miła i pomocna na każdym etapie – od zameldowania po wymeldowanie. Śniadania były dobre, świeże i urozmaicone. Kazdy cos dla siebie znajdzie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt zarówno parom, jak i rodzinom szukającym komfortowego wypoczunku. Z przyjemnością tu wrócę!”

Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa, estremamente pulita. Sono attenti ad ogni dettaglio, tutte le mattine viene lavato anche il pavimento esterno. La signora alla reception è cortese e professionale. La persona che gestisce la sala è attenta e garbata. I giardini sono incantevoli e ben curati. Le piscine pulite, il mare a due passi, sembra di vivere in un sogno

La troppa tranquillità. Alle 21 cadeva il buio e il silenzio più totale, persino il parco giochi non era illuminato. Per un posto così bello è un peccato non migliorarlo con un animazione per bambini , un po' di musica, diventa davvero troppo noioso. Necessiti obbligatoriamente di una vettura. Consiglierei visto che si tratta di una struttura abbastanza onerosa un servizio navetta che ti porti al centro ( non molto distante) e magari a serate alterne anche alla Canea , in questo modo non si avrebbe l' obbligo di noleggiare un auto e non avresti il problema del traffico e parcheggio ( molte strutture in Italia lo fanno). Il personale ai tavoli non aveva mai un sorriso, stesso discorso per la signora bionda al bar in piscina, sembrava sempre arrabbiata

La piscina era fantastica, lo staff e il personale molto accogliente.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che purtroppo bisogna scrivere e’ la macchinetta da caffè nel servizio di All inclusive la quale era pessima, per bere un buon cappuccino oppure un buon espresso bisognava andare al bar e pagare, purtroppo il bar apriva non prima delle 9 di mattina.

Pros:

Albergo davvero bello tenuto perfettamente. Tutto molto pulito anche la pulizia giornaliera era fatta in modo impeccabile. La camera che ci è stata offerta si affacciava sul mare ed era fantastica la vista. Camera molto grande, moderna con tutto il necessario.

Cons:

Purtroppo per noi che avevamo due bambini piccoli il mare non era l'ideale in quanto c'erano pietre e sassolini quindi ci siamo dovuti spostare altrove in macchina. Se non si ha la macchina il luogo è ben isolato quindi è un requisito necessario. Colazione buona, pranzo e cena non c'era molta scelta e non era un granché. Le bibite sono molto limitate nel all inclusive. Abbiamo usufruito davvero poco dell'All inclusive perché non era ciò che ci aspettavamo ed abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori altrove.

Hotel bittet all inclusive an, Aber nur in eine bestimmte Zeit bis 21 Uhr, kein Wasser in der Zimmer mini Bar ist leer, müssen wir erst irgendwo Wasserflasche kaufen und dann könnten die Flasche befühlen in Bar oder Restaurant. BarPersonal unfreundlich und sehr oft nicht da. Frühstück jeden Tag ist gleich, kaum Obst . Buffet bittet sehr wenig an. Im Zimmer kein Information für Telefon und Tresor

היינו 4 אנשים בדירה ואם מישהו יוצא למרפסת המיזוג נכבה
