Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza es excelente, la cama es muy cómoda, el personal es super amable, especialmente quién recibe y entrega los vehículos, excelente servicio.
Las áreas comunes son lindas, pero no espectaculares.

Cons:

El costo me pareció muy elevado para la habitación entregada, no tenía ventilación natural y a pesar de que la habitación estaba justo en medio del hotel, se filtraban los ruidos de las fiestas de afuera (en salones y bares de al rededor), e incluso de lo que ocurría en el pasillo.

Great location, but the noise issues made it unpleasant.
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops. The hotel was clean, and the fresh scent of the sheets made the room feel especially comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was upstairs facing the check-in area, and it was extremely noisy early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The heater had a moldy smell. Also, we found two huge cockroaches in the room.

Cons:

Front staff indifferent. More interested in chatting among themselves. Big hotel with a lot of rooms yet check in strictly at 3pm. Once room assogned, construction noisy work next door. Hotel looks feels old and tired.There are so many other options that look nicer on Booking.com why return there?
