Intentionally stayed at a Marriott due to high ratings in the past. Would not stay at this Marriott.
Pros:

The to go good ordered was prepared and served good. Bar was good, too. The employees at the bar/good area were personable and helpful.

Cons:

Netflix was out of tv and was told it’d be fixed the next day and never heard from anyone. Also, very outdated. Shower floor seemed dirty and wouldn’t take a shower. Main lobby floor was very stained with dirt.

Great Crew
Pros:

What a fantastic crew you have. Eric was very helpful on check in, Austin and Anthony helped us solve several problems. I wish I remembered all their names because they deserve recognition! It reflects well on the management as well as the Courtyard by Marriott company.

Cons:

Purchased room using booking.com which offered breakfast with higher rate, but the information was not passed on to the hotel itself.

Restful night for a tired traveler
Pros:

Courtyard Marriott Buffalo Airport was beautiful and seamless check in.

Server at breakfast was James he made breakfast perfect. I don’t like Starbucks coffee. I explained how I like my coffee he made it perfect!

James is the man!!!
Pros:

After 9 different delayed flights (and 4 flight cancelations) from Delta airlines, my family and I found ourselves here at the Buffalo Courtyard by Marriott (2nd extra suprise day in buffalo/3rd total total stays).

While all of the delays and issues can be frustrating i just wanted to take a minute and drink a good coffee. I was going to walk to Starbucks but James from the hotel bistro overheard my situation and rose to the occasion. He told me he could try to make what I was looking for and not only was her eager to assist, he totally made me something better than i would have gotten from a standalone Starbees. He nailed it, bussleye with a cherry on top.

Hes kindness, empathy and "down to earth" demeanor was the best service I got from the entire 7 days ive spent in buffalo. He even made me forget about all the troubles with the airlines for the moment.

I asked him about some of the menu items and He recommended the french toast, yummmmm, so good!!!

Great meal!
Pros:

I actually stayed at the Fairfield across the parking lot and ate at the Courtyard. I eat at a lot of Courtyards, and this one has solidified my food choice moving forward because I’ve never been quite happy with my food order. Lindsey made me a BLT WITHOUT the horrible garlic aioli and let me sub the fresh veggies for the salad/fries option. It was the most satisfying meal I’ve ever had at a Courtyard. Thanks, Lindsey!
