Cleanliness
8.8
Multiple reviews praise النظافه and mention upper floors as clean; one report of dust on lower floors but overall cleanliness is frequently highlighted as a positive.
Service
9.4
Staff are repeatedly praised (الموظفون), described as a clear strength of the property; raised to offset weaker areas while reflecting consistently positive comments about personnel.
Location
9.6
Location and sea view (اطلاله على البحر) are repeatedly mentioned as excellent and a key pro (قريب من جميع الخدمات, مميز على البحر); consistently strong sentiment justifies a high score.
Room Quality
6
Mixed reports: some guests note غرف مريحه and spacious rooms, while others report أثاث قديم, متهالك وغبار on lower floors — overall room quality is below average due to aging furnishings.
Amenities
8.8
Amenities are mixed: parking and proximity to services are positives (وجود مواقف سيارات, قريب من الخدمات), but on-site dining options are limited; overall serviceable but not comprehensive.
Value for Money
5.5
Multiple comments about الاسعار عاليه and السعر مبالغه فيه, plus additional fees/ضريبه; value perception is notably negative.
Food and Beverage
5.5
Frequent complaints about عدم وجود الإفطار, only one restaurant, and limited menu (منيو المطعم ليس شامل); food offering is a clear weakness.
Overall Experience
8
Overall impressions are mixed: very positive location, views and staff, but weakened by poor value, limited F&B and some outdated rooms; net guest experience remains above average.
