Fantastic, 2 minute walk to tram, museum cafes and eateries. Very reasonable priced and was an apartment to stay in.
Pros:

Parking at the place, close to Melbourne. Had everything for a 5 day stay. Washing machine was a bonus.

Cons:

Stairs , had to carry suitcase up 2 flights of stairs.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the unit. Was nothing like the promotional photos on their website.

Very convenient place to stay, but the rooms are a bit tired.
Pros:

Great location, with easy walking access to the city, the museum, gardens, and cafes. Our room looked out into the central garden, which is rare for such a central location.

Cons:

There was one bedside lamp, but no power outlet to plug it in to. The bed was twin beds made up as one large bed, but the beds were different levels, with a lump in between. The bathroom is tired.
