Nothing. The carpets were dirty, the curtains were shredded, there was a very loud water hammer in one of the bathrooms.

大満足！
Pros:

スタッフがとても親切でいろいろな点で融通が利いた。部屋も装飾感はないが、きちんと掃除されていた。場所はCBDからも徒歩圏内でFitzroyのとてもおしゃれなAreaなので、周りに美味しくて手ごろなカフェなどあり楽しめた。郊外に向かい列車もParliament駅まで歩いて行けるのでそこから乗ることができた。Carlton Gardensもすぐ近くなので、夕方のジョギングも楽しめた。台所も必要なものはすべて揃っているし、洗濯機や乾燥機もとても使いやすかった。またメルボルンを訪れるときは再度利用したいと思う。

Cons:

特にないが、強いて言えば部屋に掃除機がなかったので、あると簡単に自分で掃除できて便利だと思った。

An exceptional stay.
Pros:

It was a cosy, clean and comfortable apartment with large kitchen and king size bed. Luxury! Great views to garden and pool were a bonus. North facing so sunny at times.

Cons:

There were a few details that could be easily fixed/improved.

Toplocatie: vlakbij leuke straten in een gave wijk, OV om de hoek, heel veel op loopafstand, heerlijk groot bed, airco in woon- en slaapkamer (niet hoeven te gebruiken), van alle gemakken voorzien

Cons:

Douche is te laag voor mensen langer dan 185 cm. Er is enkelglas dus geluid van buiten hoor je iets meer (maar verder een heel stille, niet doorgaande straat).

Comfy and great location but note there are stairs

Location, roomy and tv not on wall. Whole place looked like an Oasis in the city.

Cons:

Stairs. Had stairs up to apartment and in apartment to bedroom and bathroom. I have trouble with stairs. Staff swapped me to ground floor apartment but it still had stairs to bedroom but there was a toilet downstairs this time so stayed there.
