We booked this hotel for my mother-in-law to stay near the hospital. It was perfectly located within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided my MIL with milk and extras she needed, held her room for her when the trip was extended and moved her to a more easily accessible room when requested. They provided us with such peace of mind knowing she was taken care of at this difficult time.
The stairs were difficult for my MIL but the staff happily moved her on request.

Friendly staff and a very ideal location to the city.
I liked the closeness to the Gardens and the kitchen having functioning oven and stove as well as a grate standard fridge to make our stay functional as well as a good dining area and access to washer and dryer for cleaning needs.
The advertised bath, was not an adult sized bath- and a disclaimer explaining this would be beneficial.
Also the plug hole for the said bath was only sitting in the hole and wasn't secure to the tub. And please make sure the cleaners do an once over to make sure nothing like water bottles were left upstairs .

Loved the close proximity to the venue and the ambience of tge area, it felt fmvery cosy and quiet even tgemough we wernt far from the city. Oh and to be so close to the museum as well😍
