Good hotel
Pros:

Bathroom was functional. Cleaning ladies came every day and made the place look good.. Owners are very polite and friendly. Lift to every floor. Good breakfast. Free parking in front of the hotel. Good location. Nice balcony.

Cons:

Bed. Mattress is laying on a hard wooden board and made me backpain the second morning. The bunk bed is old metal one but comfortable, according to kid. .

Pros:

Property is located just across the street from a shuttle bus stop into the centre. Breakfast was quite a varied spread. Staff were generally friendly, though the lady didn't speak English on check in. Room was spacious and clean and had a small balcony. The bathroom was clean. They kindly stored our luggage for us. Generally good value for money.

Cons:

Really poor soundproofing so you can hear people talking next door as well as walking past.

Innanzitutto la pulizia, cosa su cui non transigo, indifferentemente dall'economicitá o meno della struttura. L'ospitalità veramente ottima. Essendo l'hotel più economico della ricerca effettuata nella zona di Sirmione, le aspettative potevano essere minori, invece, rapporto qualità - prezzo tra i migliori in assoluto riscontrati personalmente.. Da non sottovalutare 2 punti che in altre zone possono avere meno importanza: parcheggio compreso e navetta per Sirmione fronte albergo.

Pros:

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele hotelu. Domowa atmosfera. Śniadanie skromne, ale to typowe we Włoszech.

Cons:

Pokój mały, bardzo skromnie umeblowany, prysznic bez kabiny, więc podczas kąpieli woda leje się na podłogę.

Quiero alertar a todos los viajeros sobre la pésima experiencia y la total falta de seguridad en este hotel.
Llegamos a las 3 de la tarde, dejamos las maletas y salimos a pasear. El desastre empezó en la noche al regresar: la luz principal del baño no funcionaba. Bajamos a recepción, enviaron a un técnico y su conclusión fue que "no se podía reparar en el momento". Al pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación para poder ducharnos y usar el baño normalmente, la respuesta del hotel fue una total falta de empatía: dijeron que estaban llenos ("full") y que no podían hacer nada.
¿Cuál fue su increíble "solución"? Dejarnos un reflector halógeno industrial de obra apoyado directamente sobre la tapa del inodoro, con un cable suelto cruzando todo el baño hasta el enchufe de la pared.
Como se puede ver claramente en las fotos que adjunto, esto es una negligencia gravísima. Pone en riesgo la seguridad física de los huéspedes por el peligro extremo de electrocución (mezclar agua, ducharse a oscuras y tener un cable de alta tensión expuesto al lado del bidet y el inodoro). Es una auténtica vergüenza que un hotel pretenda que pagues por pasar la noche en condiciones de una obra en construcción y sin poder bañarte por miedo a quedarte pegado a la corriente.
Una falta de respeto total al cliente y una violación a las normas básicas de seguridad e higiene. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Busquen otro lugar.

Rövid tartózkodásra megfelel.
Pros:

A házigazda (nem csak recepciós) hölgy nagyon kedves! Csak olaszul beszél, de tündérien megérteti magát.
Aranyos kis erkélyünk volt, ki lehetett ülni egy kicsit.
Bőséges választék a reggelinél.
Retró hangulat.
Nagyon jó étterem a szomszédban (ExPort - ajánlom!).

Furcsa kis fürdőszoba - görögösen, zuhanyfüggöny nélkül.
