We loved our stay, room was cute and tidy. All about the location!
Pros:

Fab location easy access to the tram. Loved Ned's coffee shop up the street, great for Coffee and Breakfast. Middle Park Hotel lovely old pub atmosphere with an open fire in the main bar area, good food options.

Cons:

The bed was really firm.

Comfortable, affordable and cozy. Would definately stay again and have recommended to friends + fam
Pros:

My room was clean, comfortable and the decor beautiful. The room and bathroom was really well appointed. Plenty of space to hang clothes and the provision of tea and coffee and fridge in my room. Plenty of sitting space, instead of sitting on the bed.

Cons:

The only thing I would absolutley love - wld be an option for the window to be opened - but such a minor detail and a personal trait.

Best stay here that we have had!
Pros:

We stay here quite regularly. Location great, very quiet even though on a busy road. Easy transport to city and easy parking too. We like the vibe in Middle park.

Comfortable, convenient and great value.
Pros:

Very comfortable room (we received an upgrade) with everything we needed. Great location for the beach, parking, and directly opposite a tram stop that takes you directly into the city centre. Very nice to have an excellent pub with fireplace below too! Staff all very friendly and helpful. Our favourite place to stay when visiting Melbourne.

The only fault I can is the road noise. It’s a lovely old pub, in a great location and well serviced by public transport
