Great Place To Stay For Country Folk
Pros:

The room is well appointed - excellent bathroom, comfortable king sized bed, privacy shutters & blinds fitted to double-glazed windows, inverter unit for heating/cooling, fridge, and something totally unexpected was the inclusion of a pod machine and milk frother for the perfect morning coffee.
The building is across the road from the light rail station which will take you to St. Kilda or the city in minutes and it is situated in a in a small strip of businesses containing an IGA, Pharmacy, Bakery, very upmarket cafes and restaurants, fashion & jewellery and more.

Served the need for my short stay.
Pros:

Room was adequate, bed and bathroom seemed newly renovated. No desk to do any work for work stay. TV channel selection was very good. Located in a great area, close to the bay and surrounded by shops with cafes. Great restaurant, however food prices are high. Having said this, my dish was outstanding.

Cons:

Situated above a hotel, the noise was around until 10pm and then there was some banging (doors or kegs being loaded) late at night. Need a desk to work at.
