Great spot for authentic melb and easy transport!
Pros:

MPH is a little gem. Great location for trams. Rooms great and staff friendly. Super convenient to have pub downstairs (and rooms were not noisy!) as well as middle park cafes at your doorstep. Great value for money.

Excellent short stay
Pros:

I love staying here - it's well located, a lovely pub and the rooms are perfect for a few nights stay. It's surprisingly quiet and the staff are always friendly.

Good value & great location near bay, tram stop and local cal cafes

Location & rooms were smart and modern

Cons:

I was at top of stairs, so some noise from bar downstairs, but no so much to limit sleep on a Thursday night.

Pros:

Absolutely love this place. Great staff, great location and for the price the rooms are amazing.
Although above a pub and in a busy road the rooms are quiet.
