CLEANING
Cons:

My stay was good overall, but the arrival was disappointing. The room was not clean — the toilet paper roll had already been used, and I had to call reception to ask for unused rolls. I also noticed the mosquito screen on the living room balcony was broken. On top of that, I requested housekeeping 3–4 times during my stay and was given excuses each time; in the end, the room was never cleaned. Everything else was fine, but these issues need to be addressed urgently.

Confortable y en hermoso entorno
Pros:

El resort es muy bonito, con seguridad y muy bien ubicado para ir a las playas cercanas o salir hacia otros pueblos de la costa del algarve.
El apartamento es muy cómodo y de buen tamaño para una pareja.
Esta algo quedado en el tiempo en cuanto a decoración y equipamiento, no le vendría mal una renovación aunque no le falta nada para disfrutar la estancia.

Cons:

La limpieza, claramente el apartamento no fue repasado a fondo previo a nuestra llegada. En la lavadora había cubiertos y platos sucios del huésped anterior.
El personal no habla español.

A Dona Ana salvou nos, ficamos muito agradecidos pela forma como tratou de nós.

Cons:

Chegar as 22.da noite pra fazer check in e n tetem a nossa reserva.. tinhamos um T3 superior e acabaram por jos dividir em 2 casas. O que para nós foi mau pqe queríamos estar juntos. De qualquer forma estivemos juntos. Mas foi 1 h de espera ate arrankarem solução. A recepcionista Marisa fez o que pode. Deu para perceber que era nova. E n ha mt a dizer sobre isso.

Espero que na próxima seja melhor.

Pros:

Os funcionários eram excelentes, extremamente solícitos. Fomos muito bem recebidos na chegada e, também, durante o café da manhã. Sempre com tratamento muito gentil e cordial, a equipe era ótima, muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã era do tipo inglês, mas a funcionária do local se preocupou em nos atender e servir alimentos de acordo com a nossa necessidade e, com relação a isso, só temos a elogiá-los. A paisagem do local era muito bonita também.

Cons:

Chuveiro não esquentou, o secador de toalhas não estava funcionando. O quarto estava cheirando mofo. Era uma casa que parecia estar há bastante tempo fechada, empoeirada, com cheiro de mofo. O local também era distante e confuso de chegar.

Great apartment overlooking The Pinta
Pros:

We stayed in apartment 296b which is located at the rear of The Pinta course. The apartment was a 2 bed very spacious and clean.. The view from the terrace overlooked the 9th tee box. Overall very happy.

Cons:

The shutters in the lounge didn't seem to open properly so made the lounge quite dark.. Access out through the kitchen which did open wasn't a problem but more natural light would have been nice.
