Pros:

Firstly, the room was well organized. The view was so perfect, you can see the Kotor Bay while sitting on your balcony.

Cons:

I have stayed for 2 days. I had thought they would do a room cleaning when the 2nd day of my trip has begun but when I arrived at my room again (I was outside the whole day) it just wasn't cleaned. I decided to set my bed myself so when I set up the clothes to the top of the bed again, plenty of sawdust just flew to the air from under the bed.

Whatever you say, the facts remain the same.

On the second day, I expected the room to be cleaned while I was out. When I returned, however, it had not been cleaned at all. The bed was exactly as I had left it, and when I tried to make it myself, a considerable amount of sawdust flew into the air from underneath the bed.

Now, regarding the bottle of water you seem so concerned about: I WANTED TO PAY FOR IT RIGHT THERE AND THEN, BUT YOUR RECEPTIONIST REFUSED TO TAKE MY MONEY BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY COINS TO GIVE ME MY CHANGE.

If your hotel cannot provide change for its guests, that is your responsibility, not mine. And if collecting payment for every bottle of water is so important to you, perhaps you should ensure that your staff and payment arrangements are available when guests need them.

I stayed in Kotor for barely two days. I checked in at around 15:00 on the first day, spent most of the day outside, returned at approximately 23:50, and left early the following morning. I had already informed you that my bus was departing at 07:40, and I started walking towards the city centre at 06:00.

So please explain something to me: When exactly was I supposed to find your staff to settle the payment, when your own receptionist had told me I could pay later and I had to leave early to catch my bus? Was I supposed to miss my bus and risk disrupting my entire trip over a situation your staff had already agreed could be settled later?

看古城夜景很好
Pros:

位置还可以，阳台很不错，看对岸很清晰。床虽然窄一些但是很舒服。停车方便，虽然往上来坡度很陡，员工热情有求必应。

Cons:

空调的噪音有点大，而且制热效果不好。

Pros:

Em frente ao mar, boa localização, há 3km do centro histórico. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto bom e com sacada com vista para a cidade. Funcionária Gelina nos atendeu muito bem, com cordialidade e atenção.

Cons:

Foral 2 diárias e as toalhas não foram trocadas, o lixo recolhido e sabonete/shampo supridos.

Le wifi, l’emplacement et le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil glacial de l’hôte. Nous ne souhaitions pas de nouveaux amis mais le côté professionnel aurait au moins été d’être un peu plus chaleureux, d’autant plus que tout le monde y vient dans un but de vacances. Ils avaient du mal à sourire. Au vu de comment ils répondent au commentaires de leurs convives et comment ils parlent à leur personnel, nous avons compris que nous n’étions pas les seuls.

La douche était vétuste (sale et vieille).

La climatisations et le frigo font du bruit. N’espérez pas le calme pour dormir.

Nous avions réservé une petite chambre. Nous n’aurions jamais imaginé que petite chambre = un petit lit. Il aurait été plus professionnel d’indiquer que le lit n’était pas aussi long que les standards (mon compagnon fait 1 m89 et il a très mal dormi).

Au vu de « l’amabilité » des hôtes et les autres commentaires rejoignant notre avis sur Booking (et les réponses à ceux-ci) on a préféré ne rien dire et fermer les yeux (et les oreilles).
