Hotel confortable avec des prestations insatisfaisantes
Cons:

Il est difficilement concevable qu'un hôtel mettant en avant sa proximité avec l'aéroport ne prévoie pas une ouverture anticipée du petit-déjeuner pour les clients ayant un vol tôt le matin.
Si le petit-déjeuner ne peut pas être servi avant une certaine heure, cette information devrait être clairement indiquée sur le site internet et au moment de la réservation.
En remplacement, nous avons reçu un simple snack à emporter composé essentiellement de produits industriels, très loin de la qualité et de la variété du petit-déjeuner que nous avions pourtant payé.
Cette prestation ne correspond pas aux attentes que l'on peut légitimement avoir d'un hôtel situé à proximité immédiate d'un aéroport.

excelente y la amabilidad de trasportista y recepción inigualables
Pros:

Me parece importante que los traslados hotel aeropuerto sean mas seguidos, es decir inferioriores a una hora porq se debe esperar bastante si no coincides con el horario y en la noche madrugada se hace largo.

Pros:

El hotel me gusta mucho , amoroso el personal , buena comida , piscina , piezas agradables

Cons:

Deberían tener transporte al aeropuerto cada media hora y sería perfecto. Los taxis y los uber cobran lo mismo que para ir a a Santiago . A veces esperar una hora es un poco largo

外国游客如果想省19% IVA（增值税），必须在用美元付款时，使用信用卡而不是储蓄卡，否则前台不能支付成功。

Rooms are clean and check in is very straightforward. Like the breakfast option

Cons:

The shuttle transport is very limited in space and not very accommodating to international travelers who may not arrive on time to catch the shuttle. It was very stressful when our flight was late at mid night and was told shuttle was fully booked at 12 and 1am. The whole reason to book that hotel was free shuttle service.
The jacuzzi was as bubbling with a lot of white foam, water looks cloudy, will need a properly clean.

Decoração do quarto muito boa, camas super confortáveis, quartos e banheiro muito espaçosos.

Cons:

O banheiro estava mal limpo e o chuveiro tinha picos de funcionamento: sem que mexemos no registro, fica a água ficava extremamente fria ou extremamente quente a cada 10 segundos
