Not a hotel to stay in the future!!!

Cons:

They want to charge different than what I booked on booking. The coffee make the wort I ever seen. Check out and check in process was a nightmare

Coffee Corner, Hilton Bogota
Pros:

Had such a great experience at the Coffee Corner at the Hilton Bogotá. The croissants were absolutely delicious — fresh, buttery, and perfectly flaky. The coffee was amazing as well, rich and smooth every time. But what really stood out was the service. Our server Edward was so kind, attentive, and welcoming. Such a cozy spot to start the morning or take a break during the day. Highly recommend if you’re staying at the hotel or nearby!

Good hotel in a very safe neighborhood
Pros:

Bogota has 6 tiers of neighborhood, Hilton Bogota is located in tier 6 which means safety. We were able to walk around to find restaurants we like. But it would be a 20 minute ride to downtown Bolivar Square. Uber could be found within a few minutes though. As a Gold member, I got an upgraded room (not suite) with access to the club lounge. The lounge served typical lounge breakfast and also happy hours meals with limited kind of drinks. Room was clean with the toilet a bit slow to flush. Staff were super professional which was definitely a bright spot of the relatively old hotel. If you come to Bogota without preferred hotels, this could be your top choice.

Location was OK. Also, the concierge has been very helpful.

Cons:

First of all, they made a 'mistake' and charged me about 60 USD, in excess. I haven't received back the balance, yet. If you need hot water, prepare for at least 5' of waiting, especially if it is early in the morning and you are in a hurry to get to the airport. Breakfast is highly overrated and pretty poor, in options.
Overall, you have better options, for the price Hilton is asking.

Volvereeeeemos!!

Este es uno de esos casos raros en los que realmente todo nos gustó.

Viajábamos en familia grande, por lo que reservamos dos habitaciones. Lamentablemente no fue posible tenerlas en el mismo piso, pero cada una por separado resultó muy cómoda. Todo estaba limpio, las habitaciones eran confortables, había suficientes toallas y el agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente.

El room service también funciona de maravilla. Nos encantó especialmente la opción de poder pagar el pedido de inmediato, para no perder tiempo durante el check-out.

Otro punto muy importante: aunque en la reserva se indicó una tarjeta, nadie intentó hacer cargos sin autorización. Esto es un gran плюс para nosotros, ya que hemos tenido problemas con otras grandes cadenas hoteleras. Aquí no hubo sorpresas desagradables: pagamos todo en el check-in y después no tuvimos que preocuparnos por cargos adicionales inesperados.

El desayuno en el restaurante es simplemente espectacular — incluso mejor que en muchos hoteles de cinco estrellas.
Lo único que podría mejorar: el café es un poco flojo 😄 Pero nada que no se solucione tomando dos o tres tazas.

En unas semanas tendremos que volver a la ciudad y sin duda volveremos a reservar este mismo hotel.

Very special place in Bogotá

Uma grande decepção

Os funcionários do restaurante La Ventana são muito simpáticos e prestativos,

Cons:

Não há um espaço de coworking. Não há uma sala de descanso em que os hóspedes possam sentar para conversar, ler, etc.
Neste hotel a única opção é ficar no quarto, na academia ou na piscina.
Na minha estadia, no 1o, dia, os frascos de sabonete líquido no banheiro estavam quase vazios.
No segundo dia e manhã do 3o. dia tive que tomar banho com shampoo visto que nenhum frasco do box continha sabonete e não era possível remanejar o frasco da pia porque os mesmos ficam presos no dispenser.
