Excellent stay, staff and food 10/10
Pros:

Bed was extra comfy, all staff extremely lovely and helpful. Food from the restaurant was amazing.

Pros:

Delicious breakfast. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolate and little cakes in our room. Both me and my friend were celebrating a milestone birthday.
Our room had amazing views, with great restaurants, firepits, a cute little convenience store, a ski hire shop and to die for spa treatments. This place was 10/10 !!

Rooms were very clean and the location was very close to restaurants. Nice and quiet away from the central Queenstown shops.

Cons:

Quite expensive and a very small view of the lake, considering this was advertised as a lake front room.

Beautiful lake view
Pros:

We loved the lake view room. The little lounge and kitchenette were great. We loved how cosy the bed was.

Cons:

They use strong cleaning products. We had to change rooms as the first room was so strong. The staff were very helpful with this though. The carpet was torn in our room but otherwise room in a good state.

It was okay, but it didn’t exceed our expectations.

The rooms are very small, and considering the amount we had to pay, they were not good value for money. Parking was not included, and we had to pay $20 per night for public parking.
